I really enjoyed our time at this Premier Inn.  The staff was supremely kind and helpful, just awesome customer service.  They went out of their way to make our family comfortable.  The hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were very spacious.  The breakfast was great.  I’d definitely stay here again when in the area and recommend it to others.  In fact, it was recommended to me by a family living in the area who had stayed several times.

Great hotel

We had a comfortable stay. I want to especially mention the helpful receptionist. She had to both man the desk and also help out with breakfasts when the girl who was cooking came under pressure with numbers waiting to be served (they were maybe short-staffed).

2 night stay

Stayed for 3 nights with my wife to attend a sporting event.  We have stayed here before and knew what to expect.  Friendly and efficient staff, good parking facilities, good access to the west end and a leisure centre nearby. Everything was as it should be and also very good value for money.

Efficient & friendly staff, good parking.

We have stayed at several Premier Inns over the years, and this one in Bearsden was certainly as good as any of the others. The location, for our meeting friends in a local restaurant, was the prime reason for choosing this specific Inn. 
The bed was comfortable and we both slept well.
The pub and restaurant anoint the hotel was busy with a mixed crowd of adults 20’s to 70’s watching the rugby and or enjoying a meal out. Also several families who seemed to be well looked after.
As we were dining elsewhere, we only had a couple of drinks.
Good ambience & reasonable prices.
I did notice a couple of unoccupied tables tables with dirty glasses. However that was probably due to the bar being very busy and, dare I say understaffed which undoubtedly be a financial decision from head office. 
Service was certainly efficient and quick enough.
If visiting friends in the area again, we would probably stay here again. 

Comfortable enough

This is a lovely hotel with the most welcoming and friendly staff.  The bed was very comfy, the bath was lovely and the water really hot at all times.  The room was clean at all times.   The breakfast room is lovely and breakfast is a good variety and well cooked.  The pub next door is also very good.  We had a super time over the Christmas holidays for our 4 night stay.  Highly recommend.

Excellent and friendly

This hotel surpassed our expectations of a low cost venue.  It was clean, staff were friendly, helpful and professional.  We had pre-booked the breakfast which was very good with a lot of choices.  Excellent value for money.

Short Stay

Absolutely incredible hotel in Glasgow - the room, breakfast, bathroom (esp shower pressure) were incredible. Team were always nice and helpful. Brilliant parking and breakfast. Beds were super comfortable. 

Attended for a wedding weekend with a family of two-kids under 5 years and the team made sure we were looked after properly (Katrina was an absolute star!). 

5/5 - hopefully will stay again next time in Glasgow

Excellent Stay and team

Very comfortable hotel in a good location for exploring the countryside and is also close to the train station so that you can make trips into Glasgow with good connections for exploring further afield to places like Edinburgh and Stirling

Good Location for exploring the area

On arrival and the whole 2 day break we had no key for our door and had to ask to be let in and out of our room by receptionist. Room on top floor had in the past had a roof leak and water marks were still showing .Marks on walls , room needed repainting. Breakfast and breakfast area was very good and breakfast staff were really nice 

Door not working

Plenty of parking behind and in front of the hotel, although half of the front is for the pub there. Plenty of parking for a tail lift luton van! The rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Got a decent nights sleep on both nights I stayed. McDonald's drive through right next door and Greene King pub right opposite.
