This is my third time I’ve stayed here and I can’t fault it staff are so polite and understanding I work nights and they do not clean my room till I ask them to or till they see me up they can’t do enough for me nothing is to big or small for them it’s more then a hotel it’s a home and I will stay here next time I’m working in Bristol many thanks to the owners and there staff all the best Gareth room 11
