What a wonderful stay here . We attended a wedding on the 1st July and everything was amazing . The staff are fantastic . Very helpful , food fabulous , rooms gorgeous . We stayed in the stables a lovely short walk through the gardens . I would highly recommend staying here or having your wedding in this stunning setting !

Absolutely amazing. 
We planned our destination wedding, blindly from US. Everything was amazing. All of our guest said it was best wedding food they ever had.
The venue was absolutely beautiful.
And the staff were incredibly helpful.
I could have never imagined a better wedding date.

The most amazing wedding venue we could have wished for! All of the rooms are stunning and the staff are outstanding too. Once we visited Carlowrie we knew there was nowhere else we would even consider getting married. We would 100% recommend it for any sort of event. 10/10.

My oh my, what a venue.  Got married here in May with 60 friends and family along for the ride.   Venue 11/10, staff, 11/10, Ronin, for getting me on the first step down the aisle when the nerves kicked in.   This venue and the staff are off the chart amazing.  Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.  Cannot recommend highly enough.

For a wedding, I was lucky enough to stay here... just WOW.   Opulent bedding, beautiful bedrooms/luxury bathrooms and the food was delicious.  The staff was accommodating and the grounds unbelievably beautiful! 
Sneaky hint to those coming to stay... if you want to have your own bubbly pre-wedding.... shh. keep it quiet and bring your own glasses!

Our daughter's wedding became the perfect fairytale at this outstanding venue. From the very first moment the staff were 100% 'on-point' and the service was exemplary. So many guests commented on the quality of the experience. The rooms were fabulous, the food was excellent and the staff team made us feel very relaxed and very much at home. Simply wonderful!

Carlowerie castle truly encapsulates the pure beauty of Scotland. The hospitality and enviroment at the castle left us speechless and amazed with how beautiful and magnificent it is.
I will highly recommend it as a unforgettable experience for both business, family and friend/ party/ wedding / anniversary venue.

Carlowrie Castle is a stunning, truley unique venue, with fantastic staff who made planning our dream wedding easy right from the start. When we first ventured up to Edinburgh to view venues, we fell in love with Carlowrie as we drove up the long drive. The incredible setting, well managed grounds and beautiful historic, once family home, Carlowrie Castle has it all. With the seasonal changes of the grounds and the venue, it certainly is magical whatever time of year you get married! 
On our first visit, we were greeted at the door with smiles and taken through to the lounge where we felt this venue already had a personal touch. A tour of the venue and grounds followed, and we were blown away by the facilities on offer. The traditional exterior, with a refurbished modern interior was amazing. No matter what questions we asked regarding rooms, facilities, and the usual wedding questions, the staff at the venue were able to answer them. We soon realised that Carlowrie was the venue for us and we got our date booked in. 
Having booked in the date, any queries or visits we wanted to do were answered and accommodated. The staff were always no more than an email or phone call away. As our date approach 6 months, full wedding mode happened, with menu tastings, planning meetings and plenty of contact from the team. The staff were always so helpful, with Jen always able to help solve any tricky problems or questions we had. 
On the day itself, the team were professional, well-rehearsed and always present. They really did put us at ease, my wife was able to relax and have nothing to do, as it should be! The teams lead by Ailsa and Ronin were incredible in their manner with our guests, the professionality and swift turnaround skills when changing over the room from ceremony to dinner and their flexibility when small things needed to change. We could not have asked for a better day. No task was too minor and they made sure the venue was as we wanted before guests arrived and before dinner. 
The appearance of the venue can speak for itself, but the hospitality offered and quality of food and beverage were impeccable. 
We had a fantastic wedding day at Carlowrie, who were really accommodating, no question was too much. The team kept in communication, the day ran smoothly thanks to their hard work, and most importantly we had our dream wedding to remember.  

Magical wedding to remember

I had my wedding at Carlowrie Castle and it was a truly magical experience. I loved how unique it was on the inside but quite traditional on the outside. I loved all the garden space that we could use and the Orangery where I had my wedding was beautiful. The Carlowrie staff were always kind, quick to respond to questions, and very helpful on the day of the wedding. 

Great Wedding experience

We just arrived home after 48 hours celebrating my wife’s birthday with friends and family that had flown in from as far away as Australia and UAE. Nobody was disappointed! The property is immaculate, the grounds are spectacular and the staff are fist class.
