Daish’s standard is very good at all the hotels we’ve experienced and this is as good as any ,if not a little better . Rooms clean , good size and in good order . Staff curious ,  friendly and food is excellent .Plain and simple meals done well . 
Car parking permit at £2 per day available from reception and parking outside no problem

Another good Daish experience

Went with a friend on a first time visit to Eastbourne by coach, from Scotland.  Hotel looked lovely from outside, however, single rooms allocated on the top floor, were absolutely awful.   Unfortunately, due to horrible weather, rooms were cold and closed curtains did not keep noisy draughts out. I am amazed tour company chose it.

Very Disappointed

My wife and I have just had a 4 night stay at the Imperial Hotel Eastbourne, value for money was excellent, we had a lovely comfortable and warm room and the food was good. We enjoyed the nighty entertainment also a good selection of reasonably priced drinks.

Daish holidays.

Lovely Hotel. Well Maintained. Great Staff Manager, Maintenance Man and the Bar Man/Receptionist (Guy with Beard) Need a Mention. I Knocked my Coffee Over and it was Cleaned Up and Replace Immediately.  Coffee Shop was Very Good and Reasonable.

Great Stay

This is a very good value for money hotel with Daishs.In an excellent spot in the elegant Devonshire Place opposite bandstand.An excellent victorian frontage though internally lacks some of the period splendour of other hotels.Has two old oil paintings worth a look at,opposite the lounge.The dining room has around the walls pictures of Eastbourne in bygone days.The meals without going overboard were very good for the price.The bedroom on4th floor was satisfying and comfortable.

My wife & I recently  visited the Imperial Hotel in Eastbourne on the 24th February, for a five day coach break.  
The holiday was excellent value for money. The accommodation, food, staff, service, entertainment were all superb. 
All staff were extremely friendly & helpful.
Our only comment would be that the vegetables accompanying the evening meals were repetitive & need to be more varied.
We can't thank Daish's enough for, once again, providing us with the perfect break

A lovely stay here,close to the sea front, and a walk to the shops. The staff were helpful  and friendly.
 Our room was always cleaned by the time we came back from breakfast, and  refills for drinks. The food was very good, hot, and a good choice from the menu. Our waiter was exellent, friendly and efficient. There is entertainment in the evenings, a quiz,  and also games to play in the lounge . Value for money  exellent. The coach drivers were good, and  we didnt touch our luggage  from putting on the coach to getting it of on our return. Thank you , would certainly return.

Enjoyed a five day break with Daishs.

Coach journey to/from hotel:  Collected on time from pick up point and enjoyed a comfortable journey to the hotel. Good return trip also. Once the luggage is put on the coach the next time you see it is when it is brought to your room at the hotel. For the return journey the luggage is collected from your hotel room. 
Welcome and check in: Nice welcome at the hotel with a quick check in. All hotel staff were very helpful and friendly during our stay.
Accommodation: The hotel was warm and comfortable and all communal areas were spacious. Our room was very comfortable. Comfortable twin beds with plenty of space in the room. Excellent over bath shower with good supply of hot water . Tea and coffee making facilities.
Dining: Food was a little disappointing when compared with our other visits to Daishs hotels. Portions were smaller on some of the food served. Whether this is because of the increasing cost of purchasing raw materials or it is just a feature of this hotel is impossible to say. Meals served did not always come up to the description in the menu folder. 
Waiter/ waitress service in the dining room was excellent.
Entertainment: The usual quiz and bingo. The musical entertainment was the best we have experienced with Daishs . All of the singers/ musicians were , in our opinion, very good.
Overall a very enjoyable break .

Tho  hotel was great and the staff very nice the room was very clean& tidy the heating was always on. The dinning room was very nice and the service great entertainment was good. The coach & driver very good all in a very nice holiday I will go again

Very good

I am a Vegan, although we let them know when we booked, also they rang to ask which person was the vegan there was nothing for me on the first night so I ended up with a plate of peas, carrots and roast potatoes, the next night I had rice with carrots and peas, the next night I had couscous with carrots and peas so on the last night I asked for a baked potato and vegan cheese which I got. Breakfast was prunes then Tomatoes on toast so I was not impressed with the food
