Room nice, very warm for this time of the year. Bed was extremely comfortable, I am sure we booked the standard which was more than adequate. Smiley chatty receptionist on arrival. Cooked breakfast was lovely enjoyed it! 

Lives up to it's name 

Good parking. Lovely staff. Room great. Fab comfy bed. Room very clean.  Good having blackout curtains. Unlimited tea and coffee for Room. No noise. Plenty storage with hangers.Friendly reception staff. Really could not ask for better. Great. The breakfast was very good with nice staff

We stayed for one night and the evening reception lady was so friendly, as were all the staff. We had sweets left in the room for our little boy, it was a lovely touch we’ve never had at a premier inn before. The hotel was clean and quiet, I would highly recommend

Very Friendly!

The room was clean and comfortable, the shower was great with plenty of powerful hot water. Friendly staff on check in, would recommend staying there. Great location for the M1. Plenty of parking available. 

Good standard as always with premier inn

Booked in 4th January, just for one night - but an excellent stay. The hotel was clean, warm, food superb, friendly and helpful staff - and all for a value-for-money cost.

The room was large, clean, warm  and well-appointed. 

Of particular note were the staff; from reception to catering, bar staff and cleaners - everyone was welcoming, friendly and helpful.

The breakfast next morning offered  a superb choice of full breakfast, including items from the  Continently breakfast menu - or just the Continental Breakfast at lesser cost. The waiter Debbie and the chef Gary made sure that we were well looked after with an excellent breakfast cooked to perfection and served with a cheerful smile.

All things considered, a great experience and we would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent one-night stay

Visiting relatives we were welcomed booked into our room and breakfast table arranged. Having left my makeup purse at home I was given some local places I could purchase replacements, which was very successful.  The room was comfortable and warm during a very cold spell and when we could not return as planned, due to the weather, we phoned the hotel and they efficiently booked us in for an extra night without having to change rooms.
Every member of staff was friendly and engaged in conversation with us.  They were also most helpful when we were leaving  offering  deicer and an ice scraper to help clear the car of the overnight snow.  A highly recommended hotel.

Stay in a most hospitable Premier Inn

The best thing about the Premier Inn Hotel, 350 Luton Road was the efficiency and friendliness of the staff, especially Renata who worked on reception.

The bedroom was excellent-clean,warm and had a number of facilities.
The bathroom was clean and hygienic. My only observations were that I felt it was important to have a non slip rubber mat inside the bath and a hook onthe inside of the door to hang pyjamas etc.

TOTAL SATISFACTION

We stayed here for the weekend whilst visiting family as a family of 5. I have to say that the service throughout our stay was outstanding at all times. All the staff from reception to restaurant and everyone we dealt with was exceptional. They all seemed to go above and beyond and go out of their way to help. This wasn't bog standard service. This was service that I class as exceptional and they couldn't do enough for you. Very helpful and friendly staff that seemed happy to work there. Well done premier inn dunstable I will definitely recommend you. I hope that the staff get to see this as they definitely deserve a pat on the back. This has set you apart from other Premier inns we have stayed inn. Also although we didn't get chance to eat in the restaurant for an evening meal the food did look amazing.

Very pleasantly surprised.

Soon as we checked in we had a lovely reception. Receptionist was friendly and he made us feel welcomed. We had room 36 basic but comfortable and had everything you needed for a overnight stay. We reserved a table in the Beefeater restaurant which was lovely. Our server Niamh was  a ray of sunshine she was very polite and friendly and had a constant smile. She was rushed off her feet but still had time for a chat with everyone making sure we had everything we needed. What an absolute star ⭐️ Thank you

Pre booked via the app. Return flight from Napoli delayed. Arrived at 02.30, a cheery 'hello' from staff member and then off to an excellent night's sleep. Went for the breakfast around 10am next morning. 
Excellent value as ever, well played all concerned.
