A fantastic property spotlessly clean great hosts perfectly cooked full English breakfast excellent value for money immaculate outside space superb room faultless highly recommended a great base  however a car is essential

We’ve visited Yatton regularly over the last twenty years, staying in local hotels. On a recommendation we booked the Hollybank not expecting a great deal. What a surprise. The place is immaculate. Tastefully decorated by Cathy and John the house and garden are wonderful. Our hosts were very friendly and made us feel like family friends. Compare this to the Premier Inn robot reception.

Our room was large, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. It was possibly the nicest hotel room I have stayed in and I used to live out of a suitcase as a sales manager. It certainly beats all the hotels in the area including the nearby Doubletree Hilton.

The breakfast (fresh fruit, full English, toast and coffee) was superb and kept us going until the evening.

We cannot recommend Hollybank highly enough. Our only regret is not finding it many years ago.

wow what can i say , stayed here 7 days with Husband and my sister, Wookey room and Watchet , Superb hospitality from Kathy. nothing is to much for her to make your stay enjoyable, breakfast is amazing and she caters for everyone ones needs, stunning rooms and beautiful gardens, the house is beautilful, came as strangers left as friends , yes will go back again

Wow. At 90 pounds per night you are getting a bargain. The grounds are beautiful and lush and the interior welcoming and lovely. We were in the tastefully decorated  Mendip Room upstairs. The room was large and had the most marvelous hidden shower and toilet inside a roomy cupboard. Very quirky. Hosts Kathy and John very friendly. The breakfast room was beautiful as was the breakfast.Despite being close to a main road it was very quiet.  Plenty of off street parking. Could not fault such a lovely B and B

My wife booked it for my 50th birthday treat away.The Place was stunning and immaculate.The rooms were Brilliant and were a good as a 5 star hotel.What a credit to the owners.The breakfast was the best we ever had .I will be recommending it to everyone.thanks to John and Kathy.We stayed in Watchet room stunning.

We had a fantastic experience here. Beautiful garden, building and room. Superb hospitality from Kathy. Stayed for a concert and as Kathy was going to the same one she drove us in and back. So kind! And then was up early to cook us a delicious breakfast. We struck so lucky finding this gem. Thank you again Kathy 😊👍

Stayed here for one night on our way to South Devon.  I can honestly say that Hollybank is the nicest B and B we have ever stayed at.  The attention to detail is amazing.  The welcome from Cathy and John was warm and welcoming.  Our room was just beautiful, and the breakfast was exceptional.   

We loved it and would not hesitate to visit again or to recommend to our friends.

I stayed here for a four day course, I have to say this place is gorgeous, lovely gardens and a quiet chill room, yummy breakfast, bed was soo comfy and lovely decor. The owners Kathy and John are the most friendliest welcoming couple I've had the opportunity to meet,Kathy would do anything for your comfort and lovely chat. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful BnB and lovely owners!

We stayed here as a drop off point from trip back from Cornwall. Was a nice stay , bnb was clean and tidy. Beds were comfy and breakfast was lovely! The hosts were very polite and professional. We all felt safe on arrival and they followed to regulations and safety measures for COVID-19. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
