Had the most amazing stay. Hosts are fantastic and friendly and could not do enough for you. There was so much breakfast there and they also managed to cater for the dietary requirements.
House is lovely and rustic with so much care and attention. We stayed in the master bedroom with a balcony area that overlooked the fields.  Location is very very quiet (apart from the sounds of nature!) 
There was also an outdoor gazebo area where we sat and watched the sun go down. Highly recommended.

Fantastic peaceful stay

Wow, what a fantastic find. A lovely B&B which felt like home as soon as we arrived. The decor is fabulous and so comfortable. We stayed in bedroom 3 which had views to the front. There was a lovely guest lounge and dinning room which are really comfortable. The outside decking area provides great views. And the stars at night were stunning to watch. 
For breakfasts they catered perfectly for my allergies, nothing was to much trouble. The hosts were all lovely and friendly which made our stay even more special.  We will definitely like to return one day. 

We visited Clovelly which is very, very steep but well worth the visit. Also NT lyford Gorge which is stunning but a strenuous walk.

Relaxing break

Stayed here for two nights. I would say this has to be the best B&B I have stayed in. Wonderful location, superb decor, comfortable bed, great breakfast, spotlessly clean and great owners. They have thought of everything. I enjoyed sitting on the outside deck with a beer watching the bats!

What a lovely place...

Don't be put off by the bumpy ride along the bridleway. The rooms, the breakfast and all the extra facilities are more than worth it!  The house is lovely as are the staff who are very friendly and helpful. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and the rooms are large.
There is a beautiful visitors lounge to relax in if the weather is not good and an outside decking area with great views if it is fine. This is the best B & B my wife and I have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a few! It is also very good value for money.

What an absolute gem

Wow, what a find! This is a gorgeous little B&B nestled back away from the main road in Bush, just a smidgen outside Bude. Holly, Colin and Charlie are absolutely wonderful hosts and we were given a very warm and friendly welcome and they always stopped to chat during our stay. 

We stayed for two nights in room 2 which is a twin bed / super king sized bedroom. The room is large and beautifully and tastefully decorated / furnished, with a window that overlooks the surrounding countryside. There is a kettle and tea /coffee making facilities in all the rooms. Room 2 has a decent size en-suite bathroom with a toilet sink and shower - all immaculately clean and very well equipped with complimentary toiletries.

There is a gorgeous guest lounge downstairs, with a big TV and DVD player as well as DVDs, books and games you can borrow during your visit. The dining room is communal with a large farmhouse table for breakfast, which is a choice of continental, cereal, fruit, yoghurt and cooked options. They also cater for (and understand) gluten free, which is a godsend - Holly went out of her way to make me a batch of GF muffins so that I had the full choice for breakfast - nothing is too much trouble and the food is amazing.

Outside there is a summerhouse and outside seating - as well as a bbq for guests to use, all with picturesque views.

Overall I’d give it 11/10 - we are absolutely staying here again next time we’re in the area - I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Bude’s best B&B

Absolutely PERFECT. The room was beautiful, very clean and very comfortable.. The host Colin, Holly and Charlie were excellent, so friendly and accommodating nothing was to much trouble. This has got to be right up there with the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The breakfast cooked by Colin was superb, very tasty using local produce and their own eggs from their own chickens. Superb location. Can not fault in any way. 

One of the best

We needed a B&B close to certain amenities, and Bosvean House came up.  Located down a bridal path and nicely tucked away from the world was a lovey looking home. So close to Bude for beach access and far enough away for peace and quiet at night.

Holly, Colin and Charlie made us feel so welcome and spoke about this being our home for the weekend, which was a lovely touch.

The House is beautifully decorated with little trinkets to make it very eclectic and chic. 

The main house has three bedrooms, we stayed in room 2 which was 2 single beds and a private shower and toilet.  The view was amazing, overlooking farmland, where we saw wild rabbits and cows.

We arrived late on the Friday and after Charlie welcomed us, showed us to our room with fresh milk for the our tea and coffee we dipped into Bude for a quick curry then back to the house to rest up.  The beds were so luxurious and comfy it was hard to get up in the morning.  But Colin (Charlie's dad) makes a wicked breakfast so wasn't hard to get ourselves up and ready at the dining table.  There was fresh fruit and Yogurt, Croissants, Museli and cereal, plus a range of cooked breakfasts including smoked salmon with scrambled eggs.  All cooked to perfection and a very hearty size.  We did not need to eat again until the evening.

After our full day out we came back with some food and set ourselves up on the balcony patio area, where we watched the sun set and relaxed on comfy Ratan furniture with chunky warm blankets.  Watching the chickens run around the horses in the next field playing.  It was a lovely way to spend our last evening.

The following morning after a restful sleep we had our breakfast and said our goodbyes to a lovely family, but not before booking a long weekend to go back again.

Could not fault this B&B at all.  Lovely family, lovely location.

We stayed at Bosvean Cottage and were delighted with the choice. Self catering accommodation with everything you need and great little touches that made us feel welcome! The setting is really good with stunning views from a decked veranda area which had fridge bar area bbq and pizza oven all for the use of guests of the cottage and the b&b in the main house.  The hosts were great, a lovely family who were there if you needed them for anything. Would highly recommend this cottage!

Great setting close to Bude!! Clean and very comfortable cottage for two and a four legged friend!

We have returned to this wonderful bed and breakfast as we always are made to feel welcome. It is a cracking location and the views over the fields from the summer house are breath taking. We will be booking again for next year for sure! Thanks Bosvean for a wonderful stay

2nd visit to Bosvean

Such a lovely guest house in a peaceful, idyllic location. Ample parking and lovely accommodation - guests were allowed to use the massive living room to relax in the evenings, but there was also a Summer House/Bar area and decking (with pizza oven) where we could have sat had the weather been better.
Rooms were lovely decorated - fully equipped en-suites (I've never seen such fluffy white towels!) and the place was just so quiet - had a lovely nights sleep.
Holly, Colin and Charlene were the perfect hosts and couldn't do enough for us, breakfasts were fab too.
