Just returned from a 3 night stay at the Swallow Hotel. We booked out all 7 rooms for a dance competition , that was being held in the Spa. 
 We have stayed in Bridlington for the competition for the past 7 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed, so much so we booked straight up for the following year.
The rooms are super clean, a good size and beds are very comfortable. The fridge in the room was definitely a huge bonus.
Gifty was an amazing host and couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in a B&B, definitely get the poached eggs.

Both Gifty and Sonya were excellent hosts and I would highly recommend stopping at the Swallow Hotel if you are in the area. There were 9 adults and 9 children in total and we were all of the same opinion, of this great find.

Excellent Stay - 9 adults and 9 children for a Dance Competition @ the Spa

A hotel that is clean, comfortable and serves a delicious breakfast you couldn't ask for more. Except more is exactly what you get at The Swallow. Gifty and Sonya are an absolute joy. Having arrived in Brid to be let down by our BnB and finding the swallow the warm welcome from Gifty and the extra decor in our room (and fizz!) from her soon made us go from dismay or plans hadn't worked out to being glad they hadn't! The swallow is a beautiful hotel and the ladies who work there make it something really rather special. The pride taken in the place shines every second you are there and the ladies themselves couldn't be sweeter. Thank you for saving our anniversary & valentine's! Diane & Sally 

Gifty and Sonya are LEGENDS!

Just stayed a night here. What a wonderful greeting from Gifty the owner. Breakfast was beautiful. Room was great so clean and comfortable. Definitely book here again.  Couldnt have asked for anything better.  Nothing was too much trouble.Thank you Gifty see you again soon.

Brilliant place to stay.

Just had a lovely 2 night stay here, we had room 1 which was lovely, spacious and clean. Gifty and Sonia couldn’t do enough for us! The breakfast was yummy, we were asked if our room was ok and if it needed cleaned etc and offered more water or more biscuits etc for our room. We will definitely be back, so see you soon ladies x x x

Lovely clean hotel!

We had a lovely stay at The swallow Hotel.
Gifty and Sonya are brilliant hosts, they made our stay relaxing & comfortable.
Nothing too much trouble.
This is our second stay this year.
The room was clean & bright, shower was very good, plenty of tea and coffee, even has a little fridge.
Breakfast was beautifully cooked.
We will definitely be back.

Brilliant stay

There's no words to express how wonderful and perfect our stay was. We only stayed 1 night (wasn't long enough). Gifty and Sonya was fabulous! Bed so comfy slept like a baby. Room so spacious (had a twin). Bathroom perfect size. Facilities great too. Breakfast on spot and so filling.  Definitely recommend Definitely coming back.

Stayed for one night with friends,the hotel was imaculate,Giftie was such a lovely lady made us feel really Wellcome,had room to park the car, a short walk to the beach& amenities, I stayed in room 7 top of the house, carrying your case up all those stairs was a problem for my friend,I have stayed@ many Hotel’s on visits to Bridlington,this hotel has been the best yet for cleanliness& the lovely lady of the house Giftie.💞

Perfect BnB

What a lovely stay here. I was performing in Bridlington and was staying here. What a gorgeous Bed and Breakfast. Gifty is the kindest soul and Sonia is full of fun and laughter. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. Fresh juices etc, a lot of effort was put into it. The rooms were spotless and bed was very comfy. Totally recommend if you are in the area and need somewhere!

Perfect!

Lovely guest house, really close to the spa, free parking on site, very welcoming lady, Rooms  we’re spotless, light and airy, very comfy bed and pillows, The breakfast was lovely, 2 eggs, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, beans, hash browns, lots of toast, cereals, yogurts , big pot of tea. They thought of everything 

here, kettle in rooms, tea, coffee, biscuits, water, little bars of chocolate, hairdryer,  lots of little touches, even a little heater in wardrobe in case your a bit cold, staff were lovely and friendly, couldn’t do enough for you, would definitely stay here again.
