We were visiting family in Braunton and booked this place online. We definitely made a great choice. Jules  was a great host , the room was lovely and we had the most amazing breakfast in the morning. It was so good and so filling we honestly didn’t need lunch that day. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Braunton.


Wonderful place!

Spent two nights at Harry and Jules splendid accommodation and will certainly return. The breakfast was excellent and the room was clean and airy. The whole atmosphere was welcoming and security was such that it allowed you to come and go as you pleased. Jules has a wonderful sense of humour and the laughter was certainly the best start to each day. Braunton is a jewel of a town with superb eating places. The Williams Arms is a must and the shops are full of quality goods that range from beautiful glass to lovely furniture, clothes and saucy postcards!!!
Located only a stones throw from the sea - a surfers paradise - and not far from Ilfracombe, it is easy to get to from the M5. Try the informality and warmth of this excellent B&B. Did I mention it has excellent parking outside the front door and a wonderful garden to look out on. You will not be disappointed I am sure.

Charming and fun!

Lovely two night stay in a very comfortable room with a great shower and tea making facilities.  The warmest of welcomes from Jules, and tea and biscuits on arrival, which was a very pleasant surprise. Breakfast was fabulous and set us up on both days. Good fresh coffee, full English with a choice of eggs and lots of juice, cereals, yoghurts and jams. Thank you Jules and Harry for making our weekend relaxing and homely. 

Wedding in Braunton 

..what a lovely welcome on arrival after a long trek from Wollacombe - pot of tea and biscuits. Very informative but left on our own which was great. Clean with agreeable bath and useful fridge with water/ milk - nice touches. Lovely hostess and the breakfast very good. Not a lover of B&B’s generally but this is an exception and well placed for the centre of Braunton. Recommend

Very nice B & B..

After a long slog on the South West Coast Path we were delighted to be greeted with tea and biscuits.
We were shown to our room, which turned out to be the wrong room despite having booked it 6 months beforehand (our room was allocated to someone else). So we missed out on the view over the garden, the reason for our original selection.
Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was fine.

Great welcome

Great place to stay for my family. Lovely breakfast and accommodation in the suite. The beds are very comfortable and the whole place lovely and clean. The owners are very welcoming. 
Quiet with ample parking and a easy distance from the wedding venue. 

Family wedding at Ash Barton

Recently visited this fabulous B and B with a group of friends after cycling from Meeth
We were greeted on arrival with tea and biscuits which was great as we were all pretty cold
Rooms were warm and welcoming 
Excellent breakfast , tea and coffee available to help ourselves 
All in all a great place to stay with an excellent host 
Would definitely return 

Cycling weekend with friends 

Excellent stay for 14 of us cycling the Tarka Trail over two days. Stayed for one night. We were welcomed with tea and biscuits which was great. Really friendly hosts. Easy walk into Braunton for evening meal. Very comfortable beds. Clean and warm rooms. Great breakfast in the morning to set us up for the day. Thank you.

We were welcomed with a lovely cup of tea and biscuits after a long day walking! Our room was very clean with good facilities. The breakfast was delicious- I am dairy-free and gluten-free and I was offered a range of extras that catered to my needs inclusion dairy-free yoghurt and gluten-free toast. Over all a great stay and I would definitely recommend!
