Wonderful stay at this B and B for myself and my young son. Great central location. Beautiful modern decoration and design, absolutely spotless. Bed very comfy, shower hot and powerful. The lads were extremely friendly and had a lovely well stocked bar open in the evening where we could relax and chat. They happily accounted my request for gluten and dairy free breakfast, giving me soya milk and gf bread, no gf sausage though, maybe next time! Son ate everything. Lots of info on Blackpool, they couldn't do enough to help. Only slight improvement could be the WiFi as our TV glitched both days when we tried to watch a movie on iPlayer, it kept freezing, a booster might sort this out. Our room was slightly noisy with the sound of drawers opening repeatedly in the early hours but that could just be me, son slept through it. Can't comment on parking as we got the train, 15-20 mins pleasant walk from Blackpool North. Would recommend to families and couples.

Spotlessly clean and immaculately throughout - The pride these lads in this place is at the highest level.

Absolutely NOTHING is too much trouble, welcomed in with huge smiles on both of their faces, this really is home from home..

My girlfriend and I found this place online by pure chance... What an absolute diamond 💎 

If I won the lottery tomorrow, I would not book in anywhere else in Blackpool. FACT!

Arrive as guests leave as friends, as it says on the wall, wow, well that's a understatement. 

Warm, clean, safe and friendly.

Bars open nightly, TV on, radio on with the best music in the back ground, Candles lit, heating roaring and hosted by both each night.

Beds are so comfortable, bathrooms immaculate. Quiet, TVs on walls...

Bottled water left in rooms...

Tea, coffee facilities, fans...

Double glazing windows...

Just, simply amazing... 

Birthday banner left in bedroom, a balloon, chocolates, and a card, I mean who does that for you in this day and age?

Gorgeous home/BnB/Hotel and a homely modern place that’s immaculate.
Damien and Mark were the most amazing hosts. Stayed for a 2 night break and they couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast’s were DELICIOUS so Thank you Mark and Damien is definitely the hostess with the mostest. 
Walked in strangers but definitely left as friends. When we come back to Blackpool we will 100% stay here again. 
Loved our stay and love Blackpool.

Amazing stay, amazing hosts, 100% perfect.

Stayed Easter Sunday for 2 nights.  The hotel was spotless , well decorated and very comfortable.  Damien and Mark were very welcoming.  Full English breakfast included in the price, was excellent. Would  highly recommend.  Parking was the only issue as very near the promenade.

What a great find! We absolutely loved our stay here! We went to Blackpool to meet some friends and this place just topped it off!

Gorgeous Gem of a place

Great communication from the host and a warm welcome. Immaculately clean and very well presented b and b. Some lovely touches. Breakfast was beautiful.  We had a fabulous stay here and I would 100% recommend.

The cleanest, friendliest hotel we've stayed in for a long long time. Mark and Damien were fantastic hosts. The breakfast alone was worth the visit.  They were very helpful with local knowledge. Felt like saying goodbye to old friends when we left.

The Best in Blackpool 

My wife and I stayed at Chadberry Hotel for two nights. Wow, wow, wow. Mark and Damien, you are simply the best and your hotel is the best hotel we have ever stayed at in Blackpool. You both greeted us and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived to our departure. Your hotel is spotlessly clean throughout and your hospitality is second to none, our room was immaculate. Mark and Damien were two of the loveliest and most entertaining hosts we have ever met. 
The hotel is situated just a short stroll from the seafront and amenities. It has a very reasonably priced bar. We spent the evening of the first day at the bar, after a night out, dying with laughter from Damien’s infections humour 😂😂, we had a great night. Mark cooked the most delightful breakfast both days, pity we couldn’t stop an extra night. They both recommended Sapori Ristorante Italiano near to the North Pier to us, where we had a lovely meal. There are lots of places to visit in Blackpool, despite some of the negative comments about Blackpool. We would definitely without reservations recommend Chadberry Hotel to our family and friends. Simply the Best

Brilliant bank holiday stay. Damian was brilliant and Marks breakfast was amazing! Perfect hosts from start to finish. Great welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Really comfortable bed and hot shower. Great location 2 min walk to the tram and centrally located just off the seafront. Have been to Blackpool a few times and will 100% return!

Stayed this week with my mum for my 22nd birthday - both Damien & Mark were absolutely wonderful, so accommodating, could not do enough for you & nothing was too much trouble. Room was immaculate, breakfast first class, and perfect location. Chadberry House is our new go-to stay whenever we visit Blackpool in future! Thank you both so much! Xx
