My family and I have just completed a weeks stay at this hotel and it met with all of our needs. The hotel is a moderate size which means you quickly become familiar with your surroundings and staff. I have to say guest relations were unbelievably helpful. Pool is lovely and beach is close by, food was great with Roka the seafood restaurant being a favourite. There are five restaurants in total, 3 of which you have to reserve - this being my only complaint. When you arrive you are encouraged to download the app, using your room number to make reservations. Bookings are between 9am and 2pm and you can only book 2 days in advance. One morning I logged on at 9:30 am and was unable to book for the remaining 3 days of the trip. The central restaurant is great and Maison’s also but this was really frustrating! The central restaurant is open until late so if you have a late arrival food is still available. The lobby bar is open 24 hours and entertainment is put on each evening around the pool. It really was a great holiday and we will return!
