Stayed at the hotel in a transit exchange of bus and driver. The owner is very warm in welcoming us. He looks like a very happy person with three daughters, one working here when we stayed. The hotel looks very clean and tidy. And it’s located right under the thermal pool and a short walk around the corner. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

Great staff and service

The staff was so kind and attentive. We were sitting in the lobby waiting for our tour group to pick us up and they offered complimentary tea and coffee while we waited. Those little details make you feel right at home. 

Great experience

There were three of us that stayed that night. The neighborhood was quiet and it was relaxing to hang out by the pool and outdoor bar. Our room was big enough for four people!! The staff was really nice and they had a big breakfast spread ready for us in the morning (that was included in the price for the night!) We would certainly stay there again!!

Comfortable and the right price!

I recently took a solo backpacking vacation to Turkey and I stayed at this hotel in Pamukkale village for 3 nights during that time. The hotel is in a perfect location - smack bang in the centre of the village with restaurants and the main bus stop virtually on the doorstep. The entrance to the beautiful Pamukkale travertines is an easy and comfortable 5-10 minute walk away. My room was fairly basic and the decor was very dated but everything was very clean and functional and I was more than happy given the very modest price I was paying. I was travelling a bit outside of tourist high season so the hotel was fairly quiet on the guest front but the hotel manager Huseyin and his family were very kind and hospitable to me and I spent some very enjoyable times with them drinking cups of tea and watching village life go by. 

If you're looking for a hotel with modern decor and all the contemporary trappings, this place isn't for you. But if all you're after is a clean budget option, this place is definitely one to consider and its excellent location and warm staff make it all the more appealing.

Clean budget option in perfect location

The pool is large and the area around is really nice. We used their laundry service which worked fine. We also enjoyed a nice bbq buffet at the hotel on the first evening of our stay. The hotel room could be in a better condition (there was an unattached cable hanging from the wall in our room). The breakfast was ok, but the jams were not particularly good. The hotel is located in Pamukkale town near by restaurants and opposite to a bar. It is within walking distance to the Pamukkale travertines.

Relaxed atmosphere

The place was fine, not much to the village itself but vicinity to the park was excellent.

Close to the park but village is a bit dumpy

Pamukkale itself is not a big town. It is more like a tourist spot where you would need to be in a place that is really in the middle of all things you would need. This hotel/hostel is right there in the middle of town, opposite the best restaurant, opposite the Kâmil Koç bus agency (where you can buy good packages and ask for information... its owner is the same as this Artemis), and only 5 minutes walk to the Travertines! From the feeling, this hostel might at one time be a good hotel. But as time passed, it has run down a little. The service is still good - not that of the 5 stars but very friendly and super down-to-earth. They also allow you to drink coffee and tea 24 hours as the kitchen has the open door policy ;)

Right in the middle of all things you need!

We arrived at pamukkale in the morning at 6.00.. waited in the bus office till 7.30 and went to the hotel. They let us check in early even we had a 1 night booking. 5 minutes walk from the travertines.. rooms were old fashioned but comfortable. Like this budget place

perfect location and flexible check in times

I am traveling with my two daughters and needed a comfortable and affordable place to stay for a couple of nights while we explored Pamukkale. This place was perfect for us. We booked a triple and got a large room with 5 beds. It was clean, had great wi fi and most of all the managers/staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. The location was central and we could walk easily to the sights and nearby restaurants.
