We were trekking the Lycian Way and stayed here for one night. It was the only place we stayed at where there was an issue about the cost. When we arrived we were told it would be TL50 per person. 10 minuted later we were told the cost was TL80. We refused, of course, and they capitulated. Poor show though. Clean, simply appointed room. Usual Turkish breakfast.

Disappointing

When we phones this pension, we asked how we could reach Blue Lykia Pension, they offered to pick us up in Mavikent as there were only very few buses going between Mavikent and Karaöz. We were at first delighted that they offered such a service to their guests. When we arrived at the pension, we were offered a basic room in a big concrete building, although it was clean, there were no towels nor any other comfort than a bed and a shower. The furniture was poor quality. But so far so good. The boss offered to make us dinner. It was OK, without being exceptional.
We were very surprised when in the morning we had to pay - besides the costs of the dinner and the lodging 50TL for the transport from Mavikent to the Pension. The distance is 12km, 20 min. We found it not correct as we were not even informed beforehand that we had to pay! And even if we had to pay, we would not have expected such a large amount. To compare: it is more expensive than the airport transfer from Antalya Airport to Kaleici, which is 13km, 25 min. and costs 45TL. We believ 30TL or 35TL would have been more correct, especially since we were guests staying in his Pension...
