Checking in:I was disappointed as there is a sign saying 15 minutes will be back and it was there for the duration of the stay. So when checking in at night, luckily i didnt trust it and found a neaby hotel with a different name (Kayi Hotel), by chance they were connected.  I had to pay before being allowed to check in but the card machine wasn't working and they tried my cards more than 5x. I was worried it would get blocked and also my wife and babies were waiting at the original apartment reception so they too were getting worried why o had gone so long. In the end luckily i had some cash and they took it and the kind lady eventually gave me the key.Cleanliness:Floor was really dusty, feet would be black just by walking a few steps. Really need to be introduced to a mop. Electricity kept on cutting out and I had to keep using the main electric fuse board to put on the fuse again. Happened at lesst 10x in 3 days.Drawers were dirty with a broken handle, also light was dusty. Bathroom was decent.Amenities:No slippers or washing machine as advertised,  washing machine was in a communal area (no powder).Overall:Liveable if going with a few friends and good location, next to a supermarket and not far from the water where you can go for a nice walk with decent restaurants. There is no beach however. If it wasnt a family trip I would rate 6.5/10 but now 5/10.

Liveable but not with families.

Pros: good location, silence, cleanliness, new furniture, air conditioning, good room design. 
Disadvantages: no one is at the reception, it is impossible to seek help. There is no washing machine, no balcony, although it was indicated. There was no Wi-Fi. There are no toiletries: there was one small soap and shower gel for four, there was no shampoo. Barely found staff to bring us the missing two sets of bed linen and towels. Bad smell of sewerage in the bathroom. There is no sponge and dishwashing products in the kitchen. There's not even salt, tea bags. The dishes are not enough for four.

You can stay one for a night

The flat was not clean. Parts of the furniture were broken. The price was definitely too high for what you get. No contact with the host - seems not to care about his guests. However we were able to check in late.

Dirty and broken furniture

We stayed as a group of 10 people across 3 rooms. The rooms can hold 4 people, 2 on the double bed and 2 on the large wide sofa. The rooms were clean, the sofa area was large enough to relax and the bathroom was excellent with a large rainfall shower and plenty of space, better than many hotels I thought. The location is literally a few steps from restaurants in one direction and the other direction has more local shops and places to buy bread or clothes. It is close to the seafront for an evening by the sea or morning having breakfast in the beautiful scenary. The room was v clean and the people who worked there were extremely helpful not only during our stay but before and after in helping us to arrange transport. It was our first visit to Fetiyhe and first visit to Turkey and we did not speak a word of Turkish so I appreciated that they had a very responsive WhatsApp where I ould msg in English for all my needs. One of the rooms didn't have very good Internet but when I asked about it they gave me another code to connect to so I think those who have complained about Internet needed to ask as upon asking everyone was very helpful and all queries and wants were met. The price is very good for the location so I am shocked that we found any availability, it is a hidden gem and I would stay again.

Fantastic! Great location wiyhin walking distance of marina and city center. Spacious accommodation with huge balcony. Very happy with out time here.

Very satisfied

Good nice apartment in good location and easy parking. Only problem was the sensors for the automatic lights in the hallways were faulty so the lights  didn't always come on. There is nt delay between removing the keycard from the power slot and the light goes off straight away, so you have to fiddle to open the door in the dark. Otherwise really nice new place

Good value and comfortable

We stayed here for one night in January 2020. The only small disadvantage is that walls in some spits need repainting. Otherwise I don't see anything bad.
The apartments are very close to the sea shore,they are clean,the price was very affordable due to low season. The surrounding is very peaceful and calm,is very pleasant.

The price and quality balance is all right.

Not bad, I wonder why the feedback there is not positive

Stayed here for  week in December. Don’t be deceived by the photos online! We literally had a room with a bed and that was it, even though I booked an apartment!
I contacted Expedia to be told the room I booked was a studio...my confirmation shows and apartment with a balcony and sofa bed...didn’t get either 
The room was never cleaned the whole week we were there, no fresh towels and even had to buy own toiletries including toilet rolls!
Very noisy too and the lights in the corridors and lift area don’t even work making it very difficult to see 
Location is great but that is it!

Never again

The appartement was really nice with a pretty bathroom an good room but the owner don't speak english.We have a big problem the first night with cockroaches and every night after .We never bring some food but we had to buy a Raid, Reimburse by the owner .The situation is great about few minutes from the sea . Too bad that they have cockroaches .The appartement would be perfect for many days without it.

Sorry I have to complain but someone wrote a review to say there was not enough utensils but there were hardly any. no kettle,cups glasses or knives and forks. there was one knife, no forks and only one teaspoon except for tiny ones. We normally just get on with what we are given but we had to buy 2 cups and 2 glasses. Lovely apartment, clean and the people looking after it were lovely.Kim
