Wonderful place 😊😊

The room are large, cozy and very clean.

I enjoyed I single night here, I'm on my motorcycle from Denmark.

They even let my bike sleep right at the bar at night, instead of being on the street.

Dream Catcher East adventure 2024

Myself and my girlfriend went on holiday to turkey last year and booked the nehir apart hotel apartments, only to arrive at 1am to find out that the apartments we booked weren't even owned by the people that claimed to own them, we were greeted by the owner of nehir and could immediatley tell something was wrong, he told us that we were triple booked, only to keep coming out with lie after lie, we were then offered a room in the hotel instead of what we booked with the apartments, the hotel was disgusting, hence why we purposley didn't book it in the first place. The owner then carried on acting smug at which point my girlfriend was in tears, he was swearing and shouting whilst he was in The wrong. At the start of the conversation he claimed to simply work at the hotel, later on he had revealed that he was infact the hotel manager and owner! Never have I met such a disgusting human being as this man, avoid this hotel at all costs, £700 wasted and then had the cheek to try to charge us for a cancellation fee! We had booked over 2 months before travelling so there was no excuse for them at all! Again I stress the apartments advertised were not even owned by nehir, this is fraud and a scam. Later on after returning home we found that the apartments advertised by Nehir, with pictures and description with the "apart hotel" were in fact a completely different apartment area owned by other people! (As found on booking.com and thomson) Nehir has been using these pictures for his advertisment to scam people into staying in his horrible hotel! Absolutely disgusted by our experience!!

Bargain... but beware: you get what you pay for!

POSITIVES:
-Very cheap price
-functioning kitchenette but no oven
-working WiFi but not super fast. About 2Mbps in our room. And the router was right outside our door. 
-good location about 10 mins to Calis beach and 5 km to Fethiye downtown.
-shampoo and shower gel and liquid soap provided on wall dispenser unit (usually not the case for Fethiye apartment rentals)
-ac/heat unit in reception is working
-fridge and freezer properly working
-free parking in front of hotel
-our host Bersan was friendly and nice

NEGATIVES:
-musty old smell in apartment
-ac unit only in reception and not in the bedroom. The units air smelled horrible when air blew out. 
-fridge was moldy when we arrived but they cleaned it after we showed it
-no shower curtain or separate shower enclosure to keep water in. After showers your whole WC will have wet floor and no water slippers provided. Bring your own beach slippers for yourself. 
-one couch armrest completely broken off
-WC door difficult to close
-no staff at this hotel at all on premises. We came off-season so this might be different during warmer days.
-no restaurant or services. Completely empty. 
-The common areas were pretty unkempt
-taking out trash was a chore. Had to walk 2 blocks to dispose in a neighborhood garbage container. 
-one pillow smelled moldy
-website advertised free bike rental but when asked, was told it’s only for the summer. :(
-stocked kitchen with pots and pans but no spatula so difficult to fry eggs. 
-no food or drinks on premises although website and photos show it. (Off-season)

Overall, we paid 60 euros for 4 nights so it was an amazing bargain but you will get what you pay for. There were no photos of the WC which is why we didn’t know about the lack of shower curtain. If we had known we wouldn’t have come. We will not be back here again. But if you want a place to just sleep and don’t mind some uncleanliness, wet WC floors, moldy musty smell, then this is a bargain. Hopefully summer days would be better here.
