You can request a double bed but I doubt you will get one, I think almost all rooms have 2 singles.  I was in a 4th floor room and the elevator wasn’t working my whole 3 night stay, it looks like it’s been a long time since it has worked.  The whole hotel had the feel of a cheap Florida motel during spring break - teenagers and 20-somethings partying and crowding 4 or 5 to a room.  WiFi in the lobby only, it didn’t even extend to the adjacent pool.  Breakfast was passable.

Room was OK but food was very disappointing, same food every day

I wish this hotel to be closed after 12 year old child from Russia has died on Aug18 in a pool. The reason was that the tube with diameter 25 sm, which was taking water  from pool and up to the water slide, was not closed, it was open,  and the girl's hand went inside and she could not take it out because the water continued to be pumped inside the tube.Hotel employees did not help at all, they were not able to switch off the pump, and after 10 minutes only she was rescued from the pool by 7 toursists including her father. Finally the girl died in a hospital as it was too late. Hotel employees just watched this scene.After all they blamed the girl's parents in this incident. Hotel does nor care about security of tourists, it is not safe to come. There is no much information about this case in English in Internet, but you can easly find information in russian.

Would recommend this hotel very quiet in September but busy, the rooms where immaculate our room had king sized bed,  situated for bus routes to Bodrum,   but no entertainment when we went, pool area was clean.

Hotel was all inclusive,  staff very helpful.

Below is an email I have sent to our booking agent, whilst still at the hotel. Firstly I would like to say that I have been to Turkey on numerous occasions. I have also been all over Europe on all inclusive holidays. Naturally some are better than others. This is by far the worst hotel I've been to. 
Hi. I am currently on holiday in the sunhill centro in Gumbet. 
I have to say it's by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. 
Firstly the positive. It's clean and fairly modern. 
That's about it. The staff are unfriendly and unable to communicate with anybody not Turkish. Except to ask for tips. 
The choice of food is ridiculously limited. I'm just thankful we don't have our children with us. 
The hotel is advertised as having a gym and wifi. The gym is closed and the wifi only works around the pool which closes at 18.00. 
In the evening there is a bar to go to but it has a very limited stock. There are currently 35 guests at the hotel so they haven't run out. I think it says a lot that with half an hour of all inclusive still remaining there are 6 people in the bar including staff. 
We are desperate to contact our family on the Internet but it does not work in the bar. The hotel clearly has Internet that covers the bar area but they will not give out the code. 
Although there are two of us here they refuse to give us 2 key cards. 
The room is Styfilingly hot as the air conditioning is very poor and only works in your room. It's virtually impossible to sleep. We can't leave the window open as we are by a busy road. 
As I type my friend has again been asked for a tip before drinks would be handed over. It's becoming awkward going to the bar. 
We are seriously considering checking out and going to another hotel. 
Being associated with this hotel is seriously undermining your companies reputation. My friend and I work hard to pay for a holiday but this one is turning into a nightmare, because of all the reasons above.

Very poor and unfriendly 

We booked 3 rooms in gumbet cove hotel but our agency changed our booking to this hotel. It is a budget hotel with all inclusive basis. Poor breakfast. Lunch and dinner a little bit better not always. Allowed to eat at the sunhill hotel as the lady reception but we did not go cuz hotel top of a hill. We arrived at 2 a.m check in while noo light on stairs and no aircondition in the lobby. Room are not clean no hoover making. Staff are not rude but no english except for one guy reception.  And one of the bartenders speaks french. Noooo entertainment at the roof except the music.  If u want a view and to relax it isn't the place. The worst thing that happened that our catamaran ticket costs 200 dollars  for 5 persons was lost from the room and the manager keeps answering for 5 hours it is not his responsibility nor his staff. After argument we went to cumhur where we booked the ticket and gave us a duplicate signed cuz maybe our ticket was stolen.. this last for 5 hours to solve it and made us crazyyyy. As the manager was very rude. He didn't accept to keep our all inclusive bracelet after 12 as we didn't go down for breakfast our last day although the receptionist told us that we  can still use till the bus arrives at 10 p.m. . The manager runs after us the 16 persons tha were there and cut our bracelet.  After alll they didn't gave us a room for the 5 of us to change before we go. We went to toilets and I will upload the photo soon.

Never stay again in this hotel.

The hotel is absolutely perfectly clean.
The service is fine, everybody is very polite and helpful, but with no knowledge of any foreign language. Even the girl at the reception desk knew only Turkish.
The rooms are bit small, but they are very clean, modern and comfortable. You get towel changed daily and the cleaning ladies are working very hard.
We didn't have wi fi in rooms
The food is so-so. The variety is small for 4 star hotel, but the taste is fine. Breakfast was very repetitive with small choice. If you don't like salads you are in big problem.
The pool is small but very clean with lot of sunbeads.
The hotel doesn't have its own beach, and public beach is 100m away. Aegean sea is beautiful, but real cold.
The bar street is 5 minute walking distance and dolmus buses stop in front of hotel.

All in all: good value for the money paid
