In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Please be informed that guests may experience light noise disturbances due to a construction of a beach club nearby.
