Baan Nana Villas

Reviews said spotlessly clean but there was mouldy grout in bathroom, bathroom cupboard doors had toothpaste or shampoo splashes on them, bath plug didn't close so couldn't have a bath, 1st night after a shower the kitchen below was soaked from a blocked pipe, curtains had stains, safe provided was not fixed to a surface so could be taken easily. The spiral stairs are nice but hard to take up your large suitcases. It's a self clean villa so for longer stays you will end up doing all your own washing of bed linen and towels. Ron and his wife are super friendly, helpful and informative to all your needs. These people are what made our time there good. We arrived late in the evening and Ron made all information clear. The transport from and to the villa was booked through them to make things easier for us, transport was always on time and a minibus. After the first night we found a leak from the shower To The kitchen, Ron fixed this quickly. We wanted to rent a couple of motobikes and yet again Ron helped out with this, we had to pay a bit more than you would from a rental shop but this ensured that we didn't get stung for the extortionate prices of any damage to a bike. Ron will help out with any tours you want and give good information when requested. The villa has everything you need for cooking in house, loads of cuttlery and crockery with microwave fridge and coffee machine included. We never used these, only fridge, but they looked clean and well maintained. There is a TV in the main room and also the master bedroom, unsure if they work good as we didn't use them. AC in all rooms which all worked good. The villa is also close to loads of shops and restaurants. Grounds are kept clean and tidy. The villa has a very high rating but I personally think this is to high. We use every kind of accomodation from suites in high class hotels to BnBs so we can see the quality difference from place to place. For the price its good for big families but improvements can be made
