We liked Phi Phi so much that we stayed here for a week in this guesthouse. Phi Phi is a small island, this is a perfect location to the beach, the ferry, restaurants, bars and shops! Very close but not really noisy! Ok, when they say it's completely renovated, it was not what i expected. It's an old building and they painted the place.The furniture and everything is not new, the same as the sheets etc. It's old and should be replaced for some new fresh stuff. But it is clean! The rooms are quite big. We had 2 good, big beds. The airco worked perfect and is still, not many cheap guesthouses of hotels have airco for this price! Also the wifi connection is very good. The bathroom is not ventilated so that creates some dark spots on the wall, shower was fine! The staff is really kind and helpfull. New towels or cleaning is no problem. In my opinion a fine place to stay for 600.- bath a night were you can stay with 2 or 3 persons. If you want more or better on Phi Phi, accept the fact that you pay at least double the money!

Pretty good for the money

Stayed here for only 1 night. It is a dump. The rooms are covered in mold and smell of damp. There are many mosquitoes in the room, so bring your own mossie net. It's a good location, but I had to get completely drunk so I could bare staying in this place. 

Dingy and smelly

We stayed here for 3 nights and have to say it was great value ,perfect location, nice room with AC ,TV, and a hot shower .The staff were very helpful and helped us arrange our tours , I would recommend this to any of
My fellow travelers who come to phi phi and want a decent place. ☺️

Great place to stay....

So long as you're ok with springs in your back from the bed, roaches all over your room and loud music from the bars down stairs, you'll be fine at flashpackers. It's hard to find and no one has heard of it so you can't really ask for help. The staff was nice and helpful but they weren't there the whole time. WiFi worked good and the shower had hot water. Overall, unless you're there to party, don't stay in Phi Phi. It's dirty, it smells like Durian, the people are rude, and it's full of partiers. Not the romantic island getaway you would think it is.

But mind you,  they provide everything they vouch for! Like they say they have bed,  TV, wifi, ac and nothing more. Nothing!  No soap or fridge or anything out of the list. Their aircon does overtime but the room stays hot and humid. The hot water geyser mostly doesn't work but you wouldn't mind given the humid and hot atmosphere even inside the room. For the facilities they provide, their price is just too high. And don't fall for the pictures,  which I presume you wouldn't,  having travelled across the country. The place is not easily identifiable. The rooms are dirty and smelly. And if you love to sleep at night then the location is a major setback. You can hear music from nearby pubs to about two in the morning. I wouldn't go to this place again. 

This is the worst place a ever stayed. The humidity smell is terrible, everything is wet in the room. Very old, no tv, no fridge, dirty sheets, dirty toilet, and not safe... The location is the only good thing of the hotel (if you want to go to party) if not is quite a long walk to the beach or pier.. Avoid this place!!!

Dirty, smelly, old

I have stayed in this hotel twice in 2 years now and I must say I was shocked at what other reviews have thought, the staff are so friendly and really go out of there way to ensure you are happy.
All the facility's have always been more then up to scratch on my visits and on the one occasion the toilet was broken they spent all day fixing it!! 
The price is reasonable for phi phi and they have great big lockers to keep your stuff safe if you are unhappy with the locks (which I found adequate) 
One of the staff there pet took us fishing all day in January and we ended up cooking the fish and eating with oi and the rest of the staff. 
The location is great if your looking for nightlife and beaches if you want something more tranquil then head to koh lanta (halabala Resort is a very quieter place in the hills with a fantastic vibe)
This place was recommended to us by someone else who loved it and we loved it just as much.
:) great place I miss it already!

Always feel well looked after!! Great staff, cheap rates and my fav place in Thailand.
