Crater Forest Tented Camp

It was totally worth it. I must admit that the road that we took to get to the hotel is rough, it takes approximately 30-40’ and because of the fact that it is inside the forest, it gets a little scary at night, if you don’t know the place. But when you arrive, the chilly weather, the welcoming staff and the environment make you forget the bumpy road. The food was nice, the lunch boxes for the safaris were complete and the restaurant was nice and clean. The tents were clean, the beds were comfortable and warm and the bathroom was more than adequate, considering the fact that you are staying in a tent inside a forest. Also, we had an elephant come very close to our tent but the staff seemed experienced and we think of this memory as a very exciting one
