Great location in the heart of the strip!
We stayed on the top floor so it was very quiet. 
TV, nice bed, great pressure shower. Seems new and well maintained. 
Staff speak limited English but will Google Translate with you if you need help. 
Breakfast is at a cafe down the road. 
The bar/club sells cheap booze at 20% off if you show your key. Beer starts at 50NT. And free entry to the show. 

BEWARE: there Is a club downstairs. So stay upstairs and request so before u pay. 
ALSO: i heard some people didnt have a window. Check beforehand.

Great! But stay on top floor 

Located in the middle Kending night market. Room was facing the night market. Can get quite noisy at night. Stayed at the top floor, had to climb up & down the stairs each time we went out. It was the 5th floor!..Carrying heavy luggage can be quite a challenge. No staff to help with luggage. Even though we stayed at the top floor, there were no view, cause the balcony has a very high wall..about 5ft high. So there were no view..better stay one floor lower. All the lights in the room was not functioning except for one. The room was super dark. Other rooms are the same. Room comes with free xxx show at the club downstairs. Not suitable for children. But some parents brought their children in though. Staff did nothing to stop them. But its really not suitable for children, not recommended. Hotel staff was not friendly at all. Not able to communicate in English. No smile and have no patience answering to guest's inquiry. Room gets quite stuffy, I tried opening the sliding door (which was broken), all the smell from the night market gushes in and the noise too. So I had no choice but to close it back. No parking for guest, had to park quite far away, at the public parking at a fee. Breakfast was provided but had to walk a few blocks away to a small restaurant. Two choices of set meal to choose from. Made up of a sandwich & a cup of tea/coffee. It was ok, just for one night.

Good location but not well maintained

Langkawi B&B is located just on the main road in Kenting.  Our room was in the backside so the room was silent regardless the location. The room had two big beds and it was tidy. The "towels" were a bit peculiar: paper towels. The breakfast is located at a nearby coffee shop.

Big bed, silent place

The deal was great and the room was large and clean. It seemed too good to be true, and it was. Be warned, there is a club downstairs that plays music all night long and does live shows. We stayed on the top floor and still heard the music all night.
