It was very clean except a bit on the wall by the kitchen. the bed was extremely good (I have shoulder injury and usually get headache when sleeping in hotel beds - no headache here), except that the light switch was behind the headboard and turned on at night when turning around in bed.The kitchen equipment was worn down - frying pan unusable, pot missing one handle. also, very, very basic equiped.Road was somewhat noisy.Several lights were not working or functioning badly.Would I sleep there again? Yes, because I wake up headache-free:-)

Bad, but good.

Not being able to check in early was very inconvenient. Also, instructions for how and where to use the code to get the room key were lacking. However it was a good price for the time we were there and we didn’t sirens a lot of time in the room anyway. Only came and cleaned and gave new towels once in 9 days.

Lovely little apartments clean confortable good laundry room. Was a good stay abke to cook my own food and wash all my clothes after traveling for 3 weeks in hotel rooms this made the perfect change for me as i come to the end of my travels

Great place to stay

it was difficult to get in the property - there was a form that needed to be filled out sent by email to recover a code in order to get the key to the room... too complicated!... not sure why they did not email the code once the booking was confirmed and paid for!

Location was great with the Trams just outside that went straight to the Main Train Station.This room could have been a lot better if it taken care of.Listed air conditioning but all that was there was a button that didn’t work?!?Kitchen was stocked but needed to buy dish soap to clean after.Again, all this suit needed was some maintenance/repair.

Place was find.  Great location,clean, check in was easy.  The AC didn't work.  It was very hot.  Loud with the window open.

The stay was good but the check in process was horrible. I had 2 prior stays in Switzerland with similar apartments with no front desk person. But the other 2 communicated thru hotel.com app to let me know how to check in. Swiss Star did not communicate it at all. Took 3 hours for Hotel.com person to help me figure out the problem. Swiss Star was suppose to send a code so I could check in but because they didn't have my personal email address I never got it and they did not send me anything thru the Hotel.com app. I called and messaged multiple times and so did Hotel.com, finally after 3 hours they were able to get thru.
