We recently had lunch At the auberge and realized there is a new chef. We were open-minded about the new menu, but disappointed by its execution: I can honestly do better at home. Even the salad seemed to come out directly of a discounted salad mix bag from a low-cost supermarket, and was soaked in dressing that was clearly not homemade. We all ordered different dishes and were all disappointed. I suppose we won’t be coming back. 

New Chef - very average 

We had a very nice evening meal here but we did not stay at the auberge. The service was excellent, the food was good, we had "chasse" (game) as it's that time of year. It came with all the trimmings and the meat was very nicely cooked, one disappointment for us both was that there were not more vegetables on the plate, a "greening" of the plate would have made our meal complete (e.g. sprouts and carrots or some other vegetables). The staff made us feel very welcome and we shall return.

Very nice dinner, good service

Hi all
Just wanted to make you aware that our 2 kids were covered with insect bites (bedbugs) after having spent the night in the hotel. Countless bites that were itching for several days after the stay. When making the owner aware of the problem he denied every responsibility. But the case is clear: Our kids had no bites in the evening, and in the morning they were covered with countless bites. 
So just make sure that you don't get bitten...
