Beautiful apartment with Lake view at 10 min by car from Locarno. Bad surprise: whatever long your stay will be, the big joke comes when you will have to pay 120.- for 1 room apartment and 170.- for 2 rooms apartment for the cleaning corresponding to more than 1 day rent ! Moreover the Wifi is not working very well...

Casa Collina is a beautifully located, well equipped 2 appartment facility.
BUT - when we booked the appartment the ad stated "excluded: cleaning fee + tax". no exact amount was mentioned.
The night before checkout when we got the invoice, we saw that the cleaning fee was more than 120 CHS, more then a day's rent! After our protest, their website suddenly started to show the exact amount. Moreover, during our stay the landladies almost never showed up.
