Spent 3 Nights in a Air-conditioned double room, very clean and nicely organized.  Staff was super friendly and restaurant was awesome and cheap. coconut crusted Mahi Mahi was our favorite. anyone who stay here must try the restaurant for diner. would highly recommend this nice place

Stayed at this guest house for four nights. The rooms are spaceous, clean, with ac and a lovely place to sit outside the room.
The breakfast was really delicious (traditional dishes, fruit and part of breakfast was also "western"). 
The location of the guesthouse is really close to the beach- across the street of it.
We loved it and would gladely return to it :)

Great location away from the main drag with amazing breakfast as well which changes daily .Healthy food options on site with great smoothies . The family is very welcoming and I will book again  when I return Mirissa .

Very nice owner - exrtremly rich breakfest with service as in the hotel 4*, Room is quiet, not very lihgt, but with program "all day out" the quiet side is more important for us. We traveled with boys 12 and 16years old. Not far from airport as well. important after long stay in the plain...

Stayed there two nights with friends in a family room. it was a spacious room, good working Air conditions. clean beds, clean bathroom & very kind owner. (I lost room key at beach and had to wake him us around 2 AM when we were back to the room after the beach party. he helped us with a kind smile). Location is very close to the beach, ATMs, restaurants.

Excellent Place in Mirissa

This was my 4th visit of Sri Lanka and Extremehost. We stayed here for 3 nights. The host family were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great but.... We found dirty and moldy mini bar in the room, spider net on the wall lights, walls needs to be repainted. Also a few problems in the bathroom with earthworms from outflow. This guest house surely has seen better days.
