We have booked the tree house for 2 nights. The owner was very helpful and he managed accommodate all our needs. The breakfast was nice, tasty and e had everything we need. The experience staying in a treehouse was amazing. Although is nothing much around, we felt very safe. Is the perfect place if you want to unwind and spend few days away from everything

An amazing stay

What a beautiful place if you want peace calm an tranquility its for you, we had honeymoon night here. In the luxury tent comfy bed good night's sleep.
Bbq was cooked for us the most amazing food.
Host was super polite an Happy made us feel so welcomed.
Did a morning safari at yala saw leopard elephant monkey crocodile deer and a few peacocks 🦚 plus lots more. Returned to camp for breakfast we had omelette bread an fresh fruit platter. Absolutely beautiful 
Dream come true

Romantic

We had a lovely time here. The food was good and the place was relaxing and peaceful. The tree house at the time was getting a makeover so we stayed in the luxury tent. Very comfortable mattress. Unfortunately we didn’t get to go to the national park as it was closed due to the corona virus. Our guide was still great and super helpful. We did end up going to the rock temple 18km were we saw an elephant! All in all highly recommend this as it was a wonderful experience!

It was a dream stay!

We really loved our stay there. The location is very deserted and calm, so it's nice to relax there. The concept of the accommodation is very creative and interesting. You kind of sleep outdoor and indoor at the same time (the occasional animal guest may be expected, but nothing dangerous). The treehouse is just impressive!
We also booked a yala safari with the yala dream park and it was amazing! We took very calm tracks and got to see a lot of animals (leopard, elephant, buffaloes,tucans, crocodiles,...). Of course, if there is a leopard or elephant around, that area is going to be crowded, but our guide did a very good job to navigate through the park in a calm and respectful manner (beautiful landscape).
The best thing about our stay, though, were probably all the nice and forthcoming people. And they're also good at cooking.
We can really recommend to visit the yala national park with this team.

Leopards and elephants

Absolutely brilliant, what a lovely man!!
Tree house beautiful, food fantastic, can't say enough about the place.
Will defo be back next year. Owner very knowledgeable about the flora and for a, we even saw an elephant!

Tree house 

We spent a magic night there with Nandika. We definitely book he wonderful Treehouse next time early in advance, but the tenthouse far out from others was also very lovely. What a stary night! Quit quit quiet, only noises from the jungle. The kitchen prepared a wonderful fresh meal for dinner, we had a heartwarming breakfast and spent a great philosophical evening with Nandika, our host. I very much liked his ideas about preserving and rebuilding nature on his land.

He organised the Yala Park visit, we were picked up directly and taken back. Also, his recommendations about the sightseeing options for our trip turned out very valuable.

Please ba aware that you cannot take your car but park it at the temple. They pick you up with a Jeep. It's really in the jungle, no joke.

Rejoice in nature

We had the absolute privilege of visiting this hidden gem for only two nights and can not wait to return for five nights in February, two is definitely not enough.
The super friendly and helpful staff and owner will take you on an amazing safari and offer night bush walks. They also offer an amazing BBQ dinner and if you are lucky enough to you get to share some local Arrack with the most obliging friendly owner Nandika who will bend over backwards to make your stay perfect. I also love how Ecco friendly it is with all solar energy so just make sure if you are visiting SriLanka take time to spend a few nights here you will not be disappointed

Stayed at Dream Park for two night in April. Almost totally off the grid with only mobile access. The accommodation in the tree house amazing. Living with the birds and an over the tree top view of the surrounding landscape. Home cooked BBQ by staff and a long table dinner with the other guests a highlight. 
 Nandi and Staff very attentive. Recommend the safari highly. Leopards, tusk elephants, bird life and other animals abound. 
Would certainly love to come back again to see the fruits of the hard work rebuilding this land. 

Sanctuary 

We booked two nights and the full day safari on friend’s recommendation.  The first night we had a luxury tent as the treehouse was occupied, but the second night we stayed in the treehouse. We arrived just after lunch and so whiled away the afternoon in the hammock with beers. Dinner was pumpkin soup (delicious), BBQ chicken, veg & chips, vanilla ice cream. We slept very comfortably with our own rustic bathroom. We were up at 4am the next day to take the jeep to the National Park. Lapaye, our driver/guide, took good care of us, and there was a hint of Wacky Races as we overtook 5 or 6 other jeeps as the park opened at 6am. We had a good day, seeing leopards, elephants, crocodiles, sloth bears and too many other animals and birds to mention. We lunched on the beach (everyone has to exit the park between 12 and 2pm) and ate excellent curry and the ubiquitous fruit plate. In the afternoon more leopards, elephants and crocodiles, before getting back at about 6pm for a welcome hot shower in the amazing treehouse. Dinner was the same as the first night, except we opted for red mullet instead of chicken, and the BBQ king did us proud. The owner, Nandik, was there and we shared a glass of arack with him. It was an experience we will never forget. Thank you Lapaye and Nandika.

An unforgettable experience

Nandika is the owner, and a heck of a guy. Beware, if you share spirits with him he might break out his guitar and you maybe up all night singing around the camp fire. He is a big reggae fan. The facility definitely has the feel of a remote rustic camp. The staff there was great Kingsly, Nandika's second in command took very good care of us including taking my wife and I for a walking tour of the surrounding farms and introduced us to the farmers. A true Sri Lankan experience including being woken up at night by an elephant foraging nearby. They also arranged our tour of Yala, and not only did Nandika provide taxi service to our next destination but even rescued us the following day when our accommodations were not as expected and took us all the way to Tangalle. Service above and beyond.
