Great hotel near the airport :)

My wife and myself stayed here for a couple of nights before we flew out of Sri Lanka. The property is situated in a very quiet area of Negombo and the villa itself is a grand old colonial building located at the top of a very peaceful coconut grove. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The infinity pool overlooking the coconut grove was a welcome pleasure. The traditional Sri Lankan food we ordered which was cooked by the manager/chef was absolutely magnificent!! The staff were courteous, respectful, friendly and looked after our every need. I would recommend to couples or families. Of an interesting note, the manager has two pet Star Tortoises that kept us very entertained in the late afternoon as they foraged around the gardens. Will definitely take advantage of this delightful hotel on future adventures in Sri Lanka, which is pretty much yearly!

FlyDubai cancelled our flight on Sunday morning a few hours prior the departure. Emirates could not take us, we asked the destiny for a help and it came from Airport Green Olive Villa. We stayed one day for a new flight. Close to the airport, swimming pool, great lunch, easy and prompt communication! Great value! Recommended!

We had a 4:00 a.m. flight and were looking for a place that was close to the airport and offered free drop-off. This hotel was perfect! It is a ten minute drive from the airport yet situated in a quiet green neighborhood. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. There is a large porch to have a drink or dinner, and even a pool in the garden. The staff was helpful and friendly. In the morning (at 2:00 a.m.!)  we were taken to the airport for our flight. This hotel is an amazing value. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to stay before your flight

We stayed here for one last night before our flight home. Check in fab, smooth and ready for us, we had an awesome room upstairs which has a complete villa feel, walk in to the family room with a double and mosqueto drapes for bed. Steps up to master suite with a big room with a/c, honestly this place is luxury!! The free airport transfer was an absolute bonus and our driver who I believe was the manager, was chatty, spoke about the are etc and was just a pleasure to chat with at 1.30am!! Don't hesitate to book this stay 😊

Last night before flight home

After a 12-day tour around the island with Travel Right Sri Lanka (excellent, 5star) we stayed here for the last night. The place it self is very nice, quiet, close to the airport and clean. The choice of food could be a bit bigger, but that’s not too big of a deal. 
The manager dropped us of in time at the airport (even 3 in the morning) and made sure that we had everything. 
I would recommend this for a comfortable last night nearby the airport!

Last night Sri Lanka

We stayed a night before flying out. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and provided excellent meals. The pool and gardens provide a peaceful and relaxing environment. Kids loved being in the pool.

Perfect place to finish our Sri Lankan holiday 

We stayed only the last night of our stay in Sri Lanka at Green Olive Villa. 
But you could definitely stay longer. Huge garden with wonderful pool, a huge room, nice furnitured, with half open bath and rain shower.
 The villa and the garden look amazing. Delicious dinner. 
Friendly staff. 

Really every accomodation we had in Sri Lanka was something special with only few rooms, clean, beautiful and with a pool or the sea. Why cannot have every country such amazing, individual accomodations instead of boring big hotels or guest houses.

Beautiful Villa in huge garden

A really lovely villa tucked away in Negombo very close to the airport. We spent a night and day here before catching our flight. Beautiful grounds with a swimming pool and really comfortable rooms. Very clean and the staff were all really friendly and very helpful. Would recommend for anyone that needs somewhere to stay that’s close to the airport.

An Amazing place to stay

Staff were very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Huge garden along with a swimming pool. Nice place to relax and unwind. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed it there. I would definitely come back here!!!!
