Beautiful location, great food and comfortable rooms. The management team and staff were very helpful and showed great hospitality. 
The location is close to chilaw and Negombo, and is situated at the beach front. 
The hotel has a kid friendly environment and can enjoy with family. They had rooms which could cater ,couples, families and single individuals. Morning coffee was served to rooms at requested time, which was a very kind gesture.

Friendly staff, good food, easy access to the beach, which is very private and can enjoy with a loved one or family,excellent pool, good clean rooms, best of all you don't get disturbed by venders . Good place to relax.

Very good

This hotel has probably some of the nicest staff we have ever come across in any hotel we've ever stayed in.
We stayed here for two weeks in Feb 2016. The rooms were comfortable and nicely sized. Our room number was no 6 or 106 or anyone of the half dozen numbers on the key ring but with a double sliding window directly opening onto the pool who cares. Cleaned and linen changed everyday. 
Breakfast was an interesting assortment of Asian, Continental and Local cuisine. I would recommend the Buffalo curd with fruit. Other meals were varied and chosen from a solitary battered (in appearance not as in Yorkshire pudding) menu. Mostly Chinese, European. Curry and rice which seems to be the staple diet here is ordered at a minimum of the three hours in advance if not the day before is both spicy and delicious.
Service in the restaurant can be a little slow with waits ranging anything up to an hour, but with views over the beach and a good wifi connection it's just another excuse to enjoy a beer; which by the way is the only alcoholic beverage they serve, and chill.
Overall a nice little hotel, maybe a bit isolated for some, (tuc-tucs take 20 mins to arrive and it's a 10 min drive to the nearest shop/restaurant/bank etc), but for us it proved a comfortable and very friendly base from which to explore this wonderful land. If getting out into the local true Sri Lanka and not being in a particularly tourist area is your kind of holiday then this hotels location is worthy of visiting.

Nice hotel, friendly staff real Sri Lanka. 

Next to quiet beach. Nice food - had snacks at lunch and meals in the evening, all tasty. Breakfast basic but better than in some places we've stayed in Sri Lanka. Swimming pool okay but it had damaged tiles and I cut my toe. Good place to stop after flights. Not sure there's much else in the area.

Good food, nice pool, comfortable room

Had a family reunion here and stayed for one night.  We had booked almost all the rooms so we had the whole place to ourselves.  The place was relatively well maintained, but the grounds and common areas lacked in general cleanliness.  Food was generally good.  The day we were there, they had issues with non-functioning air conditioners, and also an issue with fluctuating electricity causing the lights and fan to go up and down. No proper soap or amenities provided in the bathroom except for two small packets of shampoo.  Staff was friendly and very accommodating.  Beach view from dining area is great.
