We would like to thank you very much for the incredibly fascinating, heart-warming trip you have given us. The trip 7 years ago was number 1. Now it has moved to number 2 and the past 3 weeks have become number 1. You have the incredible gift of completing everything perfectly! 

From day 1 we were warmly welcomed and you were very committed to showing us as many new things as possible because it was our second time. And if that worked! The beautiful nature with its beautiful plants and animals, the beautiful temples, the delicious food and the beautiful accommodations we had during our 20-day round trip, will remain etched in our memories forever. 

Also many thanks to your parents and friends for the wonderful stay in your homestay. Belgian hospitality cannot match the delicious meals and especially the delicious fish that has been so lovingly prepared. 

We went on a 3 week tour of the beautiful country of Sri Lanka with our local versatile guide/driver/travelplanner Nera.
Nera and his wife helped us prepare our trip and we also stayed in their nice guesthouse near Kandy. It has been an amazing experience and we owe a lot to Nera because he showed us some of his favourite places and he was always there to assist us.
Their Guesthouse is a must do for people who enjoy a relaxing stay in a (very) busy city (and ofcourse a great view).

We made a 2 week roadtrip in Sri Lanka with Nera as our personal driver. It was fantastic! Nera not only drove us from place to place but he was also our advisor and guide. He knows the country and its history very well. 
He advised us for things to do and places to go, He was around when you needed him and discreet when you didn't.
we got a chance to meet his lovely family and  home stay where he showed us he is  also a good cook.
He was a whitout a doubt an absolute added value to our trip.

We’re 6 friends and did a 3 weeks tour in November with Nera as our driver. 
We simply had a great time. Nera was not only our driver but also our guide, fixer.... Always helpful, always positive and with a smile, discretely present yet available when we needed him. 
Nera fixed us an amazing guide in Anuradhapura -Charitha Jithedra Jith, one of the best guides we’ve ever had during our travels, if not the best - Nera took us to his family in Kandy - where we had a nice dinner and a  great evening, together with his Belgian wife Wendy and his family.
We highly recommend Nera and Wendy; when in Kandy, stay with them, when in need for a driver, hire Nera!



Our visit to Sri Lanka was made all the more special because of our absolutely amazing tour guide, Nera. 
Nera’s easy going nature and fascinating knowledge of all things Sri Lanka is second to none.
Nera is extremely well connected all throughout Sri Lanka and can cater for all kinds of tourists. Whether it’s surfing, safari’s, tea fields, coffee spots, restaurants or any other tourist hotspot, Nera knows it all. Simply the best.
The worst part of using Nera is saying goodbye!
We will be back and we will use Nera!

We contacted Wendy and Neranjan to help organising our trip to Sri Lanka. They took care of it and arranged the driver and roundtrip. We visited a lot of beatiful sites. We also went for some days to their homestay what we really loved. Top location and accommodation,  warm welcome, hospitality was top and not to forget super food. We really recommend their homestay and if you need help for organisation do not hesitate to work with them.

Thanks a million for our fantastic summer holidays in Sri Lanka. Your great personal style, humor, attitude, insights & local network really made the difference between a ’normal’ holiday & the one we experienced with our family during our stay. From the first days we had an excellent understanding, allowing us to really get to understand the country with a Sri Lankan view: your insights on the Portugese/British/Dutch colonialism and the Buddhism created several good insight discussions with our teenagers, and has further opened our/their world & thoughts. Rather then following the ‘traditional' touristic paths, you were able to show us so much more “real” Sri lanka: wildlife outside of the traditional parks (so ‘pure', we will never forget the moment at the lake with fisherman, crocodiles, & so much ’natural' Sri Lankan peace), or the surfing on isolated beaches, the advise on the snorkeling, the flexibility on hotels, the chocolate cake in Nuwara Eliya, etc etc…. Curd & Honey has become our favorite dessert!
