Room is clean but no water to drink. No soap in the bathroom no glasses no cups only they provide only electric kettle for the room. And very expensive for  locals.Breakfast is poor and no space to parking.
We are not recommend this place for the locals.

Elegant home stay.

Fabulous little hotel lovely owner went out of her way to make sure we had all we needed
Clean room and bathroom with balcony no view but not a problem to us.  Lovely hot water and very big breakfast 3 different fruits  egg hoppers hot roti butter jam toast and pancakes  big pot of tea.  Didn't need to eat till late dinner.
Unfortunately swr up quite a high incline  but tut was only 200/- which is less than a pound.  So no problem.

It was one of the best guesthouses I’ve ever stayed!!
Room was clean, good looking, good bed. Hot water, WiFi. 
But the most important was the owner! She is so kind!! Always smiling from her heart. 
Breakfast was huge and very tasty. And toasts with smiles were sooo cute.

Great home stay, especially when you remember the price

Very Nice place for good price with very Nice breakfast - included in price of the room with possibility to choose time which us better for you. 
Little problem with hot water and water pressure the rest was perfect.

Elegant home stay

I realized that my standards are not easily reachable in Habarana, Dambulla, Sigiriya, Yala - that is, in the smaller towns in Sri Lanka - but a little more attention to the rooms, furniture, walls, infisors, would be useful. The room itself was ok, the comfortable bed, the bathroom was acceptable, even though the bathroom itself was the bathroom itself.

Very nice staff, friendly, cozy place, price quality perfect, great breakfast!) sorry only before them are now building big hotels, and the view now from the room is not so good, everything else very much liked

I really liked it.

Perfect location.  Totally worth the price.  Hot shower, comfy beds.  The family was so nice and helpful to guide us through the city.  Helped us set up a driver to move on to the next city.  I think it was a family member and he had a nice comfy van.  Breakfast was perfect.  Couldn’t ask for anything more.  

Perfect place

Very nice accommodation with comfortable beds and modern en-suite. Breakfast was included where there was plenty of food (eggs, sweet crepe type rolls, toast, fruit, tea and coffee). The hosts were lovely and organized a private car for us to travel to our next destination. The location was convenient, short walk to restaurants and shops and within approx 1.5km to nine arch bridge and little Adam’s peak. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Enjoyable stay

Very cheap but very good for the price. Comfortable beds and modern bathroom. They give you towls. Breakfast is also very good for sri Lanka. The hotel is hidden a bit though with a hill to climb which can be annoying.

Very good

I had never stayed in a homestay before but was blown away. The room was very clean and comfortable with a near new bathroom. I had only booked one night but immediately changed it to two.
I had a third floor room with balcony which was so relaxing to sit out and enjoy the view. Sadly there’s a construction site beginning to obscure the view but I still enjoyed it.
They brought me tea and treats every afternoon, the breakfast was the best I’ve had in Sri Lanka, and one afternoon a button broke off my top, the lovely host sewed it back on on the spot. She also organised me a tuk tuk to the coast at a reasonable price.
The location is up a long driveway so it’s nice and quiet. 5 min walk to the main restaurants and it’s on the way to little Adams peak.
Enjoyed the view of all the many different birds and animals - even saw a mongoose in their garden!
Highly recommend.
