Stayed for 3 nights.
The positives;
In a nice rural setting a short walk from Santillana.
The attic room had character and a nice balcony.
The family running the place seemed friendly.
Easy, free parking.
The rooms were very clean.

The negatives:
The worst WIFI in our 3 months travel throughout Europe. Never got to full strength and would continually drop out using even 3 different devices. Extremely frustrating.
Noisy building, especially the stairs.
More rooms became occupied as we stayed and you found the walls are thin and there is a lot of noise.
When I noticed them checking people in at 10pm, I thought it was a little late. However, checking people in at 12:20 am is what huge hotel chains do. When they talk outside your room for 5 minutes discussing what to do around the place, means you are woken up. I was not impressed and told them to stop. Didn't work, they finished their conversation.
The breakfast consists of coffee, biscuits and a pice of toast and jam.
Lastly, I'm a dog lover but to find that in  two rooms the owners were allowed to have their dogs in the room is wrong. The owners at night, were continually taking their dogs out to go to the toilet. Making a lot of noise. Also I wouldn't want to be in a room that had a dog all over the bed, mat, etc.
All in all, disappointing, glad we left before it became a 1 star review.
