A Gem on the outskirts of Valencia.
Marrable house with a lot of attention giving to the small details that makes your stay delightful. The homemade breakfast was great and especially the takeaway option provided by the owner.

Amazing Place Away from the Crowd

All ratings are justified and we can confirm everything.  The country house is quiet, charming and full of beautiful details. The breakfast is delicious, homemade and prepared with passion and love. If you want to escape from stress....that's the place to stay. Thank you Irene giving the insights of your family house and thank you for your lovely hospitality 



Charming Valencia

We stayed here in November 2016 as it was as near as we could find to the MotoGP track at Cheste (about a 20 minute drive in normal traffic), for the final races of the season. We were delighted to have found this beautiful house, and it's equally charming and helpful hostess, Irene, who just happens to speak good English to make life easier for her guests.
The setting is a bit odd as it sits on the edge of a residential development, but it is secluded enough, and behind a wall, so people passing aren't able to see into the garden, if you are using the pool etc. At the moment it is on the edge of the development, and across the road is a large area of shrubland, with walking areas marked, so maybe this land will be protected from further development.
The 'Superior' room on the first floor was a reasonable size, and had a nice size bathroom, with twin sinks, a bath with a shower over. Central heating was on during our stay, and the whole building was a pleasant temperature. The double bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of 240 volt sockets, and the free Wi-Fi was very good too.
There was no option of evening meals. but there are 2 supermarkets about 5 minutes drive away, and Irene was happy for us to bring salads, cooked meats and cheeses etc. to eat on the patio area outside. In fact, she even brought us wine glasses, plates and homemade nuts to add to our 'picnic'! Valencia is a 20 minute drive away, so world class restaurants are available there, if you that's your thing.
We only had breakfast on our last day, as we were up and away early on the practice and race days, but it was really nice, with fresh produce and many homemade items.
Irene explained that the house had been the family home, but as her sisters had moved out when they grew up, her mum and dad had decided to close up the house and 'downsize'. She couldn't stand to see the house not used, so opened it up as a small hotel. We hope she does well, as she is a lovely person, and will do anything to make your stay a happy one. We will certainly be back, next time we do the Valencia MotoGP.

A Very Nice Place

This jewel of a place near the city of Valencia was a lovely surprise booked for us by family for a one night stay. The attractive gardens had a pool and the interior was beautiful. While our room on the first floor was a little small the bed was comfortable and it was beautifully furnished. Breakfast was amazing, all the pastries, breads and jams were home made and the selection of fresh fruit was delicious. Our host was warm and very welcoming. Highly recommended.
