If you had to chose your last meal, it would be here. Amazing food, fantastic setting and great service. Eric was so knowledgable, he knew the menu and wine list so well, he was fun, attentive and lead us through the evening. The Chicken Lollipops, TNT Prawns and thank you Eric for suggesting the BBQ Ribs, they were all dishes we will be back for.

Amazing Restaurant

We arrived late and were received in the most welcoming reception. 
Our room had all facilities needed, including two comfortable chairs (many hotels provide only one chair in a double room).
Short walk to the cathedral and in the old town area with tapas-restaurants on every corner. Highly recommended!
The only thing we missed was more than two pegs in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes. 
If we ever go back to Palma, this is where we want to stay.

Charming hotel in antique environment

As an annual girls away trip, we booked the Puro Hotel Private Wing to accommodate 14 of us in 11 spacious and well equipped rooms.  We had the entire house to ourselves which is located ust opposite the main hotel.  The privacy was excellent and the communal space was great too so in the evenings we could all get together and drink and play music.  The roof terrace and hot tub were also fabulous.  The hotel breakfast was exceptional and ran until 11am which was perfect for us.  The staff were excellent, very attentive - nothing was too much trouble.  The people I dealt with in booking the trip were also very good, especially Raquel.   We ate in the Private Wing on our first night and the food was excellent, great service again and really nice house wines. In summary, location is 10/10, service, facilities everything made a truly awesome stay for all of us.  Thank you Puro!  We will be back (if you will have us!).

Amazing Accommodation for Groups

The location of the Puro Hotel is great, in the middle of town. The private wing is just across the street from the main building. 

The room is spasious and nice and there are also different lounge areas both inside and outside (here you can also find a jacuzzi and some balinese beds). Great if you are travelling with a larger group. 

Upon arrival there was a nice bottle of wine and a 'Puro'-braclet in the room, which was a plesant surprise.

The breakfast is good and has everything you can ask for, including cava. It was a problem, though, to get a place to sit as the hotel was fully booked.

The rooftop is also a nice place to stay for a glass of wine or just to relax, but it can also get crowded at times.

All of the front desk staff are very helpful, but Kol takes service to a new level. He fixed everything we asked for! 

And as we loved both the good service and the central location we will probably stay in Puro the next time we go to Palma as well, even tough the price is a bit high.

Love the location!

Perfectly located in historic old town Palma, a stone’s throw away from Palma Cathedral & palace Almudaina. Very good spread breakfast with superb freshly made variety of bread. Complimentary use of mini spa facilities added to the adventure.Rooms were adequate with all basic essentials & Molton Brown toiletries.Staff were sparse and did try to be helpful but some room for improvement ( maybe down to language translation issue). Overall, very good experience.

Stylish hotel in prime location

When it gets a bit hot and noisy in Palma the rooftop of the Puro spa hotel offers an oasis of calm.Views are spectacular day and night and you can rel\ax on shaded daybeds with a drink and a snack. Overall it is a lovely hotel to stay in and the staff are charming.
