Just back today from a few days in nerja at friends wedding.stayed in villa pergola and I have to say I couldn't fault it....the owners were very accommodating giving us lifts in and out of the centre and the breakfast was delicious....fab villa spotless clean within walking distance to burriana beach

We stayed for one night as a pit stop on the way back to Malaga. Truly the most beautiful house I’ve ever been to. And impeccably clean! So clean that it nearly seams new and spotless. Even in the garden and the patio! And they have these sensors to keep bugs away. We were nearly alone in the pool area, which is a great size, super relaxing and romantic! Comfortable beds, good AC, big mini fridge, good shower. The lady made us breakfast, a warm bread with cheese, ham and pastrami. We also had pre packed croissants and jam. Freshly squeezed orange juice and great coffee. They only have Spanish but with our extremely limited vocabulary and sign language, we got by and found the couple very friendly and welcoming! The one con about this place I can think about was that the male owner seemed to be keeping an watchful eye when we got back after dinner. We didn’t fully understand but seemed as though he wasn’t happy with smoking in the driveway (quietly not talking) or people being up after 12. All in all though a great stay!
