we left some clothes in the wardrobe by mistake. we phone the hotel lots of times to ask if we could come and pick them up as we had moved from PDC to costa teguise. we told them that we were still in lanzarote and could come on bus but the receptionist keeper saying he need to talk to cleaning staff .I gave them my phone as he said he would ring me but I've had no phone call yet we go home tomorrow Friday 26th April. I've called again today Thursday with no answer 😕 .am very disappointed with this hotel as I think the cleaning staff have kept them be very careful of your belongs in the hotel
