We spent one night here and it won't be our last. The location couldn't be more central and we thought it was excellent value for money. In fact, we were surprised to learn that there was 10% off food and drink in it's restaurant El Secreto de Loreto, which had a lovely atmosphere. We had a lovely lunch and buffet breakfast there. Our room overlooked the courtyard, it was spotlessly clean and was very quiet with a comfortable bed. We found the staff to be so welcoming and helpful, particularly Edina, Peter and Elena - all front of house. The staff in the restaurant were also very friendly. We will definitely be back.
