Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Arrival instructions and contact details are sent by the property after a successful prepayment. Arrivals on Sundays and bank holidays will be charged an extra fee of 30 EUR. Parties at the property are not allowed. For Check-in after 20:00 a Euro 30 fee applies. After 00:00, late check in carries a supplement of EUR 50.
