We stayed in a 2 bed apartment with our two children (4&7) for a week I made August. It's not clear when booking that the apartments don't have their own pool. However, this wasn't a problem as there are 3 pools very close which you can use and hire sunbeds/buy food and drink. Our apartment was ground floor in zone 4 and was great. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We ate out a lot but had enoug to do some pasta, beans on toast, breakfast, etc. There was a seating area with tables and chairs out the front and a small balcony out the back to dry clothes. Also a washing machine, but we didn't use that. Wifi is good too and free. 
Son Bou is beautiful, it's a lovely, clean, family friendly resort with a great beach. The resor isn't cheap Andy the supermarkets and restaurants compare to English prices. We didn't hire a car as Justin wanted a relaxing chilled week, with lovely weather we had a great time. The airport is only about Twenty minutes away.
Menorca vacations were lovely, helpful and gave us some good tips to explore the area. We booked with TUI but would book direct next time as we didn't attend the welcome meeting and didn't need our rep.overall a perfect family holiday in the sun.

A lovely week in Son Bou

Menorca Vacations staff were very friendly,  helpful, they responded promptly to issues and they even booked a taxi for us. We stayed in a great apartment 10 minutes for the town centre. Menorca Vacations made our stay in Son Bou special. 

Excellent company who try to make your stay perfect! 

Lovely little costal town in Menorca. Friendly and very clean. We did go right at the end of season though so was very quiet and pieceful. Lovely little bay around five mins walk from hotel with a cafe/bar and a little beach shop.

family holiday in Galdana

Stayed in apartment 174.  On arriving at reception to collect keys the staff were v friendly and gave us all the information we needed for our stay.   

As check out is at 10am and our flight wasn’t until late evening, they advised that we could leave our cases with them and they also had shower facilities.

We were only there for one week and the cleaner came in once during our stay.   A good mixture of nationalities staying there.   

The site has a pool but if you want sun beds you have to pay 3 euros.  We didn’t bother as Son Bou has such a great beach we were there every day.

Friendly, helpful and professional

The doors were not closing properly, very inconvenient beds and the permanent smell of a detergent in the apartment.  Beside of this , there are a lot of sandy flies at nights as it close to the dunes and marsh.   We stayed at zone 5 - it's annoyingly far away from the beach as there's no way to the beach across the marsh and dunse - so you have to make 2 km to the main street.  And no wifi.
