Hotels.com booked this foe me by mistake, ie wrong country!! I cancelled to book Hotel Nostalgia in another country. Hotel Nostalgia, South Korea, to date, have  not refunded the money they owe. So no real rating on hotel facilities, never stayed, but as a hotel involving money they rate very lowly.

Cancel at your own expense

I stayed in October 2015 for a week at this hotel coming from USA and  it was a good experience. Price about 80$ per night, very clean sheets and comfortable bed. Breakfast available daily for about 7$ in the lobby Cafeteria- nice surprise since was not noted on their website. 
Info: they provide sleepers, toiletries, hairdryer ( Italian style), towels, matches (for smokers if the case), shower robe, dry cleaning). The staff is friendly and knows English but not extensive. Hotel is within walking distance to lots of Coffee shops (Drop Top, Angel in Us etc..), and Mini and Street Restaurants ( Topokki, soups etc... best if you know in Korean (written on paper) what you want to buy because menus are in Korean only unless is an international level restaurant) and a Convenience store ( just on hotel's street and the one parallel with the street in front of the hotel). Zone is safe even for women traveling alone. Taxi are very cheap (from hotel to Gyeongbokgung Palace or National Museum of History the trip is about 15$ and travel takes about 30-35 min with traffic.)

The hotel is rated 4 Mugunghwas ( something like "stars") and is part of " Best Night in Korea " program. (clean and cozy within a decent price from what I figured out)
Is cozy and the décor and lobby reminds of Europe. It has free Wi-Fi.
They have a glass elevator with nice view.
Emergency light and fire escape device available with instructions in English.

PS: The only thing I would like them to take care of is the carpet. I the hallway and room- it is worn out and is dragging the overall experience down few points.

A decent priced hotel, with very clean sheets and confy bed, and breakfast available for ~7$ in the lobby annex

The hotel was conveniently located for my needs in Seoul. Check in went smoothly and the desk staff were pleasant.
The room was small and warm. The desk staff told me that the AC was off for the season. After expressing my displeasure, I was told it would come on in a half hour. This went on every day of my 10 night stay, but would stay off between 10am and 6pm.
The bed was quite firm. The bathroom was relatively clean. Some of the bath towels had holes and rips in them. I don't think the room was vacuumed during my entire stay. 
The buffet breakfast was not good at all, the eggs were old and tasteless. The coffee was hot, but that was about it. I did better across the street at one of the numerous coffee shops, Angel In Us was my favorite.

Basic sleeping quarters.

My wife and I stayed one night at the Hotel Nostalgia. It is a 15 minute cab ride to Gimpo International which was the main reason for it being selected. 

As well, the Airport Limo stops two blocks away from Hotel Nostalgia but the hotel can be tricky to find.

The hotel itself is reasonably priced, clean and comfortable and the staff is helpful We would stay there again.

Convenient location to Gimpo International

A quaint and charming hotel with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were all extremely helpful and courteous but Perry and Mabel were exceptional and went out of their way to assist us.  The rooms were well appointed but small by western standards however this did not detract from our overall satisfaction with Hotel Nostalgia
