I stayed here for 1 night with two friends.  The room was comfortable and clean, big bathroom. The size of the room is decent, we didn't have much luggage so we didn't have issues with finding space to put luggage but i if you had multiple big suitcases you i can see it being a tight fit.

There's a indoor swimming pool and also a convenience store at the basement. Ample carparking on site. 
We didn't make use of the restaurant or have breakfast there so unable to comment on that. 

Comfortable 1 night stay

They put the website that they have a indoor swimming pool. But it's not for guest actually. You should pay for it 15000 KRW first, when I tried to use it, there was a swimming class for school kids for a half day. 
Room was simple, small and clean, but I don't have any idea to come again here in the future.

Small and quiet room

Many of the reviews are correct. This hotel looked very attractive online when I booked it the week of March 20-24, 2017. However, when we arrived, the experience was not very good. We stayed from March 22-March 25. 

First of all, the staff speaks almost no English whatsoever. Most of the talking was done through Google Translate. They informed us upon arrival (late at night flying down from Seoul to Jeju and getting a taxi to take us 45 min. to the hotel) that the restaurant was not available, but being fixed. They said that there was a 7-11 type store in the basement for food, which had only snacks. So, needing to feed my family, I went in search of food. The hotel is in a small town where everything was closed- it was 9 p.m. What few snacks they had, we had to eat.The hotel is close to Aqua Planet, so we ate there the next day, but had to do with snacks and some fruit from the little store. 

Also, they charge for absolutely everything- even the "free" coffee in the lobby is 1000 won per glass and skims on the espresso, so you get a watered down Americano. 

The pool area to their credit was very good- it had one large lap pool, a children's pool (cold), two shallow pools (the kids loved; one with build in pool chairs with jets that didn't work), and a hot tub. Overall it was pretty clean and the kids had fun, but it was 10000 per adult, 7000 per kid, which seems standard in Korea (to charge for pool usage). However, you must wear a swimming cap to swim and they charge extra for that also. 

My family of 5 (wife, daughter 8, son 6, daughter 1) booked a room with a double and a twin, which initially I thought to be a misprint. I was wrong- upon arrival, they informed me that they had no rooms with two double beds. Being inventive, we pushed the beds together and that helped. The bathroom was very modern and nice. The Ocean view overlooked a swamp and muddy horse pasture and Ichulbong. Not pretty at all. 

The hotel put on the 7th floor and all the rooms in our wing were sealed with a warning type sticker, except ours. The floors outside the elevators were heaving and cracked and the corner by our room was ripped open to the drywall. I have many photos to prove it. 

Getting taxi's here is not an issue, as long as they are small taxis. Getting a van type taxi for a family is near impossible. We used the smaller ones to go to Aqua Planet and Ichulbong and the larger one to return to Jeju City. I realized quickly that the hotel would not be able to help us get a taxi to the airport on Saturday morning and we checked out Friday night instead. Had I waited, the family would have missed the flight. 

It would take too much to go into the taxi fiasco on Friday night, but I will say that it was very difficult to return as a family to the airport area. 

Writing this review, I see that it is listed as "Temporarily Closed", so we must have been some of the last guests this past week before it closed.

Stayed there over Spring Break 2017

Room:
Stains on the tables... i booked a sea view( mislead by the website) i got a parking lot/ swamp view 
Room was fairly big but too exposed to the parking lot ..no privacy ..

Air conditioning:
The LEAST smart move is to instal a ceiling built-in A/C facing the bed... literally.. you will get sick if u turn it on... i got sick and had headache everyday... turning it on was no option and no windows to open in the room so... i had to sweat since it was summer. 

Staff:
1- rude
2- unprofessional 

Facilities: 
1- swimming pool is not for use by guests u less u are willing to pay extra for using it - with forced on swimming caps and goggles. 

2- the hallways were humid, you can see it on the walls.. the concept maybe was a factory or jail hallway... never seen worse 

Location: 
You can def!!!! Find better locations there is absolutely nothing. Around except that udo is close...

I heard its closed temporarily... i hope it stays thats way because it is deceiving.
