Fantastic amenities, luxurious bathroom and lovely large king bed with air-conditioning. Spent loads of time by the pool, cooking with the BBQ and generally relaxing.
Location is 4 minutes drive to town with cafes, wine bars and restaurants on your doorstep. 10/10 wi return again. Johan was an excellent host! 

Wonderful stay at Hazelwood House

The rooms, were perfect, exactly what we needed, with a fold out couch for children, everything was clean and comfortable, a stones throw from town made everything easy. We really enjoyed our stay.  Highly recommended. 
 

Brilliant comfortable stay

We had a very nice stay at Hazelwood House. The Appartment is spacious and provides everything we needed. It is only a short distance to downtown. The garden is wonderfully kept with a nice pool area. Our hosts were very friendly and recommended things to do in the area.

Nice Appartment in Stellenbosch

Nice and comfortabel flat, I specially liked the little balcony surrounded by trees and bushes to have breakfast, and the pool. Johan and Lee were very helpful and had answers to all our questions about where to go and what to see.

great stay, great location

Very nice accommodation, and conveniently located to the center of Stellenbosch as well as many wine estates. Apartments are very spacious and the pool area is beautiful! Johan was a great host with good recommendations.

It was the choosing guest house among others by my partner for our valentine's day. 
WITHOUT FEATHER DELAYS I WILL RECOMMEND HAZELWOOD HOUSE TO ANYONE.Lovely place to be no doubt. Fabulous, tranquil, gorgeous, exceptional, and classic.

One of the best guest houses we ever stayed. Excellent host, great location and fantastic pool and garden. All facilities are available, and the apartment was very spacious. The bathroom was very nice. The only downside was that the reading lights in the bedroom where very bright.

Excellent guest house in Stellenbosch

We stayed at Hazelwood for 3 nights with our toddler. The room had very good amenities such as kitchenette, hairdryer, toiletries and own car parking space. They kindly provided us with a cot. We had a table outside, which led to the gorgeous gardens and pool. The Pool is a great size with lilo's and toys provides (pool is not heated so can be a little chilly when first stepping in).  All staff and owner were friendly and welcoming. A lovely area to stay in Stellenbosch.

Comfortable accommodation with great amenities

A perfect place to stay in Stellenbosch. Clean and with the most lovely garden and a pool. The hoast is very nice and we felt welcome. Its located a few kilometres from the center so a car is almost necessary. 

Lovely and comfortable

The cottage and gardens were very pretty.   We were the only ones there as early season so it was very quiet.Friendly And helpful owner.WiFi was very slow but they are updating soon.Uber great to get around.
