The one bed cottage was well appointed and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The rural atmosphere was particularly inviting and peaceful. The estate is conveniently situated to all amenities. Highly recommended for either a short or long stay. Safe parking

Enjoyable stay for 4 months

I can honestly say that my wife and I have never come across any accommodation that has such friendly and awesome owners. They went out of their way to make our stay as awesome as possible. 
We have a new born baby and they made sure we were fully equipped to have her there. The accommodation does not really comply with the standards required for a 4-star rating, but I can honestly say that that did not phase us one bit. We had a great room and the most chilled weekend ever.

A quick fun getaway weekend

My apartment was clean and well equipped. It was very comfortable and warm. The Estate is quiet, with no loud music and barking dogs etc. An added extra is being able to order take away meals from the Clubhouse!

Comfortable Apartment.

We stayed at Fourways Gardens Guest estate in a one bed cottage for 6 days whilst preparing for my sons wedding. I haven't lived in South Africa for 15 years and it was daunting going back. But our stay at the estate was peaceful, secure and very very relaxing. We had everything we needed in the cottage. I wasn't expecting it to be so quiet, as Fourways has become rather a bustling location, but it was so quiet it felt like we were out in the bush. There were a variety of birds on the estate in the trees and around the grounds, lovely! The staff were friendly and accommodating, I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family

plaisant place to be

We found the unit spotlessly clean and well equipped.  Fittings are of a high standard. Satellite television has limited channels. Security is a bit of a concern as not all the units have burglar proofing, and those that have seem to be a bit flimsy.  The units at the bottom do not have adequate lighting outside during nighttime.  No security gates in front of the entrance doors. Overall a very nice place just think they must have a look at the security features. Owner Jean was very friendly and helpful.

Quite delightful and clean

The room was extremely clean and neat, came with a mini kitchen and appliances. It is definitely a place you can stay at for a while, as it has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer. The place is very warm and secure. I would definitely recommend this place. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is because the person that welcomed me was not very friendly or helpful.

Cosy Corner

My wife and I and friends have stayed here many times over the years and have seen many improvements made in the accommodation. The cottages down the bottom of the estate have been altered dramatically to become much more modern and user friendly. Visited on 21st October, 2017. Jean and Robert were their usual friendly selves and we had a delightful time. We have always been made to feel very welcome and would recommend Fourways Gardens Guest Estate to anyone.

Very comfortable and friendly atmosphere

We used to be a regular customer. Latest visit (November 2020) a shocker. Dirty, sticky all over, dirty cutlery, no dishwashing cloths, fluid, shower dirty, no coffee, milk, during second visit (3 days after first) beds were unmade, used cups, glasses and plates unwashed. Definitely not 4 stars!
