The rooms were not clean. Couches have permanent stains and terrible smell. Kitchen corner full of dust.
The dining area ,plates full of dust. There's no security, the  gate you have to open manually.

Poor ,doesn't deserve to be a 4 stars

After arriving from an exhausting car trip, Rob made me feel at home and provided some pleasant company before I turned in. 

Breakfast was generous and tasty, setting me up nicely for a workshop I was attending that dat. Before departing, Rob checked that I knew where I was going.

Thank you for going to extra mile and for the enjoyable stay!

Friendly, peaceful stay

the hospitality was excellent, central location, easy access and rooms big enough, very friendly hosts
wifi was working making it easy to work after hours and access to emails and internet

Our stay was awesome the room was perfect for your family vacation. The hosts were friendly and took care of all of our needs. We would definitely stay at Palmiero's the  next time we are in East London 

Awesome hosts so warm and accomodating

Poorly kept room, furnishings old and shabby. Linen thin. Garden and pool poorly kept. I felt this room was in no way in keeping with the 4 star rating and I would not stay here again. Clearly other rave reviews did not have my room, a green pool or untidy surrounds. Not even table tops on bed side tables or working side lights.
