We stayed in a ground floor studio apartment which was spacious and had all the requirements for a comfortable stay. A smallbut well stocked kitchenette, comfy bed & small veranda. Rowsvilla is in a good quiet area and the rooms are serviced daily (except Sundays & Public holidays). Rupert & Tessi, who look after the guest house are very friendly and helpful & are a great asset to the place. You can get access to the beach through the Berjaya Beach Resort opposite Rowsvilla, otherwise it is quite a long walk. There's a supermarket, money changer, chemist & restaurants almost on their doorstep. Also a car rental next door.

Good value for money & a nice quiet spot.

The apatment is well managed and well equipeed for self catering. Our  two issues were that the curatins were not well finished, gaped in places, and were very light so that the outside lights shone in very brightly. Also there was a new aprtment being built right next door and the construction workers arrived for work at 6.30 every day

congenial hosts

we were a family of four   and had a very large apartment  
it was clean well located and staff were friendly ,  only negatives were the aircon didnt work in the living room and it was hot and no toilet rolls were replaced during our stay , just a hassle  having to go out and buy them , the cleaner did do some washing for us which was great would stay here again for sure great price

great location large and tidy

We stayed at this self catering/guest house for a week in December 2017. We had the first floor smaller apartment: very clean bathroom with a washing machine (biiig benefit!!!), nice kitchen (microwave, fridge with small freezer, small stove and water boiler and plenty of dishes) and a super comfortable bed. The apartment and the guest house is very cozy and peaceful. Rupert picked us from the airport (for 400 rupees one way). On the way we had nice conversations with him. And when we arrived Tessy served ice cold welcoming drinks to us. The guest house is only few minutes away from the beach (go through the Berjaya hotel). Right next door you can hire car, but if driving by yourself is not your thing, it would not be any easier to catch a bus to explore the Mahe island, since bus stops are right in front of the guest house. Also ATM cash machine is on the opposite of the street, and the nearest mini-market only few hundred meters away from the guest house. Both Rupert and Tessy were very friendly and helpful to us. Tessy even washed our laundry when cleaned our apartment, and we didn't even asked her to do that. WIFI is not free, but reasonably priced and the speed was enough for our needs. We asked for a late check out, because our return flight was leaving late in the evening, and it could be easily arranged, not for free (of course we did not expect it to be free, since the asked check out time was at 5-6 p.m.), but for a very reasonable price. We can warmly recommend this guest house to all!!

Cozy and comfortable guest house, good value for the money!

Positive Points:
1. Very clean apartment, huge balcony on the ground level apartment.
2. Very clean bathroom
3. Kitchen is huge
4. Welcome drinks were given. It was a lovely gesture from the host.
5. Close to the beach through Berjaya hotel.
6. Fronting bus stop.
7. With 1 ATM Machine fronting the house.
8. Close to grocery stores.

Negative Points:
1. Kitchen drawers for utensils were dirty and dusty. We had to wash the utensils before using.
2. We requested for late checked-out since our next hotel will be available at 12noon, just 2 hours only because check-out time is 10 am. But our humble request was rejected. So we had to arrange some place where to store our luggage.
3. I left my favorite umbrella and we came back 3 times to check but the host wasn't around all the time. We called but was informed it wasn't in the apartment. 
4. Wifi is not free at all (but who needs a WIFI in a beautiful island of Seychelles?)

A night stay

The room on the first floor is quite large for two people and well furnished, including kitchen. I found it in very good condition and fairly good position, a few minutes walk to the beach. The owner was kind and helpful. Unfortunately wifi was not free but that was indicated before the booking, so no complains.
