Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Booking and check-in conditions:
Check-in is no later than 22:00. Later check-in is possible by prior agreement with the Landlord, before making an advance payment.
In case of check-in after 14:00, the keys must be obtained from the Landlord, the address will be provided before arrival.
Upon check-in, you must pay for the entire period of stay, minus the prepayment made, as well as a cash deposit.
Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not accommodated, and the prepayment made earlier is non-refundable.
Noisy entertainment events are prohibited.
It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
Free cancellation is carried out no later than 168 hours before the day of arrival.
In case of cancellation less than 168 hours before the day of arrival, the prepayment is not refundable. The day of check-in is calculated from 14:00.
Refusal to pay for the entire period of stay and/or the security deposit is considered a cancellation of check-in. In this case, check-in is not made, and the prepayment made earlier is not refundable.
Changes in the period of stay to a shorter date are carried out by prior notice no later than 72 hours in advance. The day of departure is calculated from 12:00.
In case of later notification of the reduction of the period of stay, the payment for the remaining unstayed day is not refunded.
Extension of the period of stay is provided by prior agreement and subject to availability.
The hotel accepts payment in cash, by transfer to a bank card, by bank transfer to a current account.
1 set of bed linen is provided for 1 or 2 people. An additional set of bed linen and towels will be charged an additional charge of RUB 200.00.
