At the guest house

The guest house is available for booking by floor or as a whole. The ground floor area is 100 square metres and can accommodate up to 8 guests. There are 3 rooms and a pass-through living room with a dining table. The fitted kitchen is equipped with all necessary crockery and appliances where guests can prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a shower room with a bathroom. The first floor is 80 square metres and can accommodate up to 6 guests. There is a kitchen-living room with a corner sofa and two bedrooms, a shower room with a toilet. The entrances to the floors are different and guests do not overlap.

There is high-speed Wi-Fi and parking for 3-4 cars free of charge. The floors have: TV, fridge, all kitchen equipment, cutlery, gas cooker and electric oven on the ground floor, induction cooker on the ground floor, kettle, microwave. Next to the house on the plot there is a gazebo and barbecue cooker for free. A Russian sauna is available for a fee. On request guests can organise excursions, visits to museums, monasteries and temples of the city, horseback riding.
