Zhk Metropol y Tropicheskogo Parka Apartments are located in the center of Sochi, next to the picturesque park Arboretum and within walking distance from the beach. The complex is located on a hill, which offers panoramic views of the city from the roof. When planning a vacation, guests should take into account the access to the apartments, especially for people with disabilities or elderly guests.

At the apartment

The apartments are equipped with everything guests need for a comfortable stay: orthopedic mattresses, kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and TV. There is underfloor heating and air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi is available.
