amazing location
The view from the room was spectacular and about a 10 min walk to the Red Square.
We asked for change in the linen and they promptly did so.
Unfortunately for one day the water was shut off but it was beyond their control as civil works were going on in the neighborhood. They we kind in the interaction and gave us a full refund when we opted to check out early due to the water issue. They stored our baggage for a few days

Near center, the bank to exchange money with good rates is right downstair.
What was bad
Electricity is not good. Can not use the electricity socket in kitchen and bathroom, so we could not use the microwave and washing machine

At least the owner was nice and I couldn't pay rent fee before check-in so he helped me to do it well with patient.
What was bad
Toilet and shower booth is smaller than I thought but the worst thing is smell of smoking. I don't know where it is from but it was full of smoking smell during 3 days.
At kitchen stuffs looked dirty and well not cleaned. Fortunately, sleeping room and bed was clean.
