On the premises

The plot area is 600 sq. meters. There is a garden with flowers and young trees on the property. Green hills surround the area on all sides, with no buildings obstructing the panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.

Guests have access to a wooden covered terrace, equipped with a table and 4 chairs, a one-person hanging swing, and a teardrop rocking chair with cushions and a blanket.

There is also a barbecue grill, and a canopy umbrella for shade on the property.

The plot is fenced.

There is a place for parking a car.

At the villa

Guests have at their disposal a one-level villa situated on a mountain top, complete with a garden and a swimming pool. The total area of the villa is 100 square meters. It is designed to accommodate up to 6 people. The villa offers 3 bedrooms and a living room. Each bedroom is furnished with a bed. For sleeping arrangements, guests have the option of a double bed measuring 160 cm, another double bed at 140 cm, and a single bed that is 90 cm wide. In the living room, there is a double sofa bed. Guests also have access to Wi-Fi, Smart TV and a foot massager.
