Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in is done remotely. Before checking in, it is necessary to sign an electronic agreement, which requires a passport. The remaining payment and deposit must be made before check-in when finalizing the agreement.
Early check-in or late check-out are discussed individually and in advance.
Guests are required to pay a refundable deposit of RUB 3000.00. When booking for a period longer than 7 days, the deposit increases to RUB 5000.00.
For long-term stays, bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days — RUB 400.00 per set.
Any type of smoking is strictly prohibited.
Noisy events, parties, or noise that may disturb neighbors are prohibited from 10:00 РМ to 08:00 АМ.
Children under 5 years old are not allowed.
For violation of the rules of accommodation, the deposit is withheld in full. And also, in such cases, the facility reserves the right to terminate the contract and refuse accommodation.
